They were able to accommodate us with a room on the first floor and next to an exit. It was quiet for the most part. Breakfast was good. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean.

The first day was a bit annoying with construction work being done on the parking lot by ours and others room. I talked with staff and the noise was kept to a minimum. The bathroom didn't have safety handles. The television program menu on the television wasn't usable. By design.

Comfy beds and pillows, Air worked well and was not noisy It was very clean, and the bed was made so well with no wrinkles. Breakfast was great, and the gal that ran the kitchen was so nice and efficient. She kept everything filled and clean. Check in was easy and pleasant.

At first, I was upset because there was not a shuttle, and the website said there was. Uber worked well for me. However, the website needs to be changed. The ONLY other problem was that there were no handrails in the bathtub, and the tub was a bit slippery. I am not handicapped. However, I do not feel that should matter. Anyone can slip and fall.

The bed was soft but firm. Where can I order those pillows. Again the right amount of fullness. The bathroom was clean. The size of the room was great. The blinded kept out all the lights.

The breakfast hot area was lacking in timely for toasted bread/ bagels. The hot French toast was hard, we ate something had juice and was able to on with the day. Maybe if it was less hot items but quality ones would be better. Or just focus on cold items fruits, cereals, yogurt.ect.

The rooms are just perfect. They’re modern enough to enjoy your stay, really cheap and the bed was super comfy. The location is near a lot of shops in Appleton and places to get food. There is a pool with towels, the bathrooms all come equipped with lotions, soaps and shampoos in lovely quantity. I have been really surprised by this hotel and wish we’d of stayed here for our entire trip. Thankyou!

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed meeting and talking with them. Would definitely return to stay another time! Lots of good eating places nearby for other meals. Love the coffee/tea 24 hrs, too. Had fun with the pancake making machine. Lewis (the dog) was happy to be along and enjoyed the doggy treats very much!

Would love to have a comfy chair-- like an arm chair or recliner in the room.

Great stay!!! The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable especially the pillows. I appreciated that they had large bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of the small throw aways. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. I also appreciated all of the extra outlets to plug in devices. Air smell was great. Breakfast had many hot choices like homemade biscuits and gravy, cheesy hash browns, eggs, sausage, and pancakes along with typical pastries. On top of all of this we had a great fireworks show out the window!

Breakfast was good, plenty of options available. Daughter loved the little pancake maker they had and topped it off with strawberries and cream! Shower pressure was surprisingly really good! Usually I'm disappointed in showers at hotels but this was great!

To be honest pillows were folded in half and stuffed into a pillow case, so looked like square pillows on a couch. Those were extremely disappointing, but luckily we brought our own pillows.

Great location near shopping, restaurants and highway access. Very nice Lobby and breakfast area. Comfortable beds and ample size to the room.

Good selection of breakfast items but there was a need for replenishment on some of the items and there was no staff at the time we were eating to inform them. The hallway carpeting looked like it should be changed or shampooed but all in all the motel was nice.

Very clean, great size rooms. VERY comfortable bed. Loved that in the evening it was quiet, I almost never heard any doors opening or closing in the hallway. It was conveniently located near the ball park and lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices.

I was here less than 12 hours. I didn't run into any issues or things I could have wished for differently. If I had to say anything, the orange juice at breakfast was bad concentrate. But, that's not a ding, just a note.

The staff were friendly and helpful on the telephone and in person. Everything was wonderful during my stay. The hotel is very very close to the airport. Just a straight shot about six minutes away. Very good breakfast bar an excellent coffee. I didn’t use the pool, but they had a very clean and large pool.
