The staff here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and it was actually a shame to leave, I could not have asked for anything else, there was a friendly welcome at the front desk, a friendly face at breakfast and a friendly face at check out too. My room was very clean and of a very good size, the facilities in this hotel also were good, although I didn’t have time to use them I did have a look, and everything was so well kept. I would recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, roomy & comfortable. Front desk staff very professional & helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfasts area & large selection of items.

There was no clock, the shower rod was installed wrong, it was tapered down causing the shower curtain to pull away from the wall allowing the water to spray on the floor. Need to keep an eye on the hot tub, a lot of solids.

Staff was great. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Walls in interior elevator were very smudged, looked like it was finally washed on my 4th day. Since Covid, I would think common touch areas would be washed multiple times a day. Picture in my bathroom appeared to have multiple streaks of soap grime. For a 4 day stay, I would have thought housekeeping would have come into the room to at least empty trash.

With being a BIG! Family we don't vacation a lot but This is by far the BEST experiences we have had!. The breakfast was great!, The staff was AMAZING and soo friendly. My kids LOVED! The guy working the front desk on 2nd shift.

The room key/pool key sometime would have to do several attempts before it actually worked, but that was really the only thing we didn't like

Our rooms were very spacious. Check in was easy and quick. We had an adjoining room with my son. The location was perfect. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. It was quiet. We also loved the geese walking around. We know they make an awful mess, but we loved them!

The sewage smell on the way into the building. My son's room smelled like sewer gas on occasion as well. Our shower drain would not stay open on its own so we used a cup lid to keep it open while we showered. Housekeeping needs to dust a bit more. Lots of dust on the lamps and fixtures. My son's room key stopped working.

This was the perfect location to stay at for a football game. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had plenty of choices, and the setup was perfect. Our room was very large, with all the amenities one would need. The bed was comfortable and the setup of the room was great. Everything was clean and looked recently updated.

We had no issues or dislikes for our stay.

The layout of the room was very nice. I had never seen a mirror in the restroom before which had a light behind it which gave indirect lighting on the person in front of it. It was a nice touch but was not bright enough for my tastes. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The desk chair was comfortable as was the sitting bench. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate more than one person, if need be. Everything seemed to be updated and in good repair.

The breakfast hours are not long enough. We came in late and rose late the next morning. The breakfast had already ended. It should be extended to at least 10AM, in my opinion. Everything else was at or exceeded our expectations. There was construction around the facility which made it difficult to get to. Minor things I noticed were the flush handle on the toilet was rubbing against the lid which caused the flapper valve to stay open, so it would not fill until pulling the lid down, I noticed a hair hanging from a picture in the restroom. It could be easily missed by the cleaning staff, Both of these things are minor and will not stop me from staying again should the opportunity arise.

Everything was superb. The hot tub in the room the fireplace the beds the view near the water was great and it was an overall awesome experience. My wife and I will DEFINITELY be back again keep up the good work

Make the eggs scrambled during breakfast and add wine as a beverage option.

It was clean and the breakfast was ample. There's a cool pond with geese behind the hotel. Close to shopping and easy access to highway.

There were lots of kids staying, not a problem, but maybe that's why the hot tub got really disgusting and unusable by the end of our stay. Seemed like the place needed more staff maybe? The walls are fairly thin and it's a bit noisy.

We needed a quiet, clean place to stay overnight before we flew out of the Appleton airport early in the morning. We were not disappointed. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and well equipped.

TV needs a channel menu or a printout of the channels. Lots of channels, just hard to tell what's on.
