The pool was very nice! We were staying for a night before an early flight. The man at the front desk Austin was very nice and check in was easy. We had two rooms and he tried to get us as close together as possible. As soon as we checked in we went down to the pool. It is very well maintained and the guests were respectful. There were no towels but Austin brought more right away. We ordered food to go from the restaurant next door. Everything we ordered was great! The bar tender was even nice enough to get us a to go cup of milk for our daughter. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. One quick note for all those staying before a flight. We usually allow one hour before boarding at the Appleton airport. They were much busier than they used to be. We barely made our flight. I recommend arriving at the airport 1.5 or 2 hours before boarding.

The hallways were a little dingy, but that is to be expected in winter with all the salt people bring in on their shoes.

I thought the breakfast was very good, I went with the breakfast pizza. The young man working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Recieved a voucher for food at the restaurant that was attached to the motel.

My room was on the very end of the building and when I entered it the heat was off and it was very cold in the room. The heater worked poor and it took several hours for the room to warm up. Had it not been for this, it was an enjoyable stay.

The voucher for breakfast at Mad Apple was awesome. We went for dinner there that night and breakfast that morning and it was awesome and convenient. It would make us stay there again just for that.

There was a ton of people in the pool/hot tub area... for hours. Not sure if there was a child's birthday party but would have liked to have been notified of the facilities being completely used up.

We stayed for a Packers game and it was the perfect place for just the night before. We loved the bar/restaurant attached to the Clarionn and the location of the hotel is nice as its close to the interstate and many businesses.

It was a bit outdated but did the job for a one night stay.

Austin behind the front desk was an amazing kind hearted man who was genuine when he spoke. He made everyone feel every welcome. Pool area was nice and the hot tub was a good temp for relaxing. The room was large and spacious. Didn't have the most pleasant odor but was bearable. Bathroom was clean and bathtub/shower worked as it should.

Room smell wasnt the best.

It was nice to have some friends meet me and my daughter at the pool for dinner and swimming. Having all of those things attached was awesome. Pool tables and games made it even more fun. The staff was helpful and attentive to guests needs.

I don’t have anything negative to say.

I grew up for 17 years coming here at least once a month with my godfather and made so many memories. Staff was and is still really great. They accommodated my late check out without a problem and just overall very friendly. The pool has been switched to salt water that's awsome. I had a great time just sad to see the changes that are being made thru-out the years. Location is great, close to restaurants, salon and fox river mall and 10 mins from airport and downtown. Also the big open dome glass ceiling above pool makes for a nice day swim. The rooms have microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge.

I didn't like to see the real trees being 'trimmed' which was almost all gone. To me thats what makes this place so special. Sad to see the changes the new owner is making. The things that make this hotel stand out are are slowly disappearing. The suana, huge live trees even the area by the pool. I didn't like the ladders and mess in the area by the pool its just not a good look. Looks sloppy. I also do not like the vending and ice machines were removed from the second floor. Only one remaining is on 1st floor.

I remember staying at this hotel as a kid 30+ years and it is the same. although a different name now. My family and I have always enjoyed the salt water pool and the size of the pool area.

I don’t like how they switched to $5 only at the restaurant for breakfast and not a continental breakfast. The food at the restaurant is ok, but if I have to pay extra I would rather go to another restaurant with better quality food.

Pool and nice breakfast

Thin wall…. Had neighbor that left his tv on all night! Also my reservation through booking had not gone to the property because of a third party. There was no reservation despite being paid for when I arrived.

Decent sized room with good facilities, but no carpet. Breakfast facilities at the hotel are not operating, so they gave us $6.50 vouchers to use at the restaurant next door, which got us small but very good breakfasts. You could pay for more if you wanted.

WiFi was terrible - kept dropping and download speed was awful.
