We missed breakfast as we thought it was until 10am but the lady in the breakfast area Tiffany was so lovely and gave us a pack to take away with coffee toast, yoghurt and fruit to take away she was so accommodating, pleasant and so friendly. Ted who drove the shuttle bus to the airport was so fabulous, again so courteous and helpful The bar man had so much charisma he was so chatty I do forget his name, as we kept on calling him Steve but it wasn't Steve, it was a pleasure to sit in his company. All excelled customer service. please relay our thanks to the staff.

The breakfast was fairly good. Everything else was quite nice. We enjoyed our stay. Nice location, and a very pleasant experience.

I rated a 9 instead of a 10, because when I checked in I was unaware of the way in which the breakfast was done. After we checked later in the evening I asked about where the breakfast was. That's when I was told the breakfast was in the restaurant. The desk attendant checked my room to see if we (my wife and I) qualified for a free buffet breakfast. We did. However, I noticed the next morning that the poor waitress and breakfast buffet manager had to explain how breakfast things were done to a couple of folks at other tables.

It was a Packer game weekend, and the bar and restaurant were closed at 10:30. The bartender actually said she didn't want to deal with the after game crowed so she closed the bar and restaurant an hour and a half early. She was very rude about it and actually asked people to get to go drinks so she could close up and go home. Kind of put a damper on the whole evening

Overall, Everything was good or great! In particular... We had a nice spacious room with two big beds. There was a huge TV with lots of channels and an armchair, which gave us a space to chill. There was a big, modern shower. We also liked free coffee in the main entrance area. We went to Tanner's Grill & Bar for food and drinks (and the gameday bus to Lambeau!) and the Machine Shed for breakfast, both are nearby and would recommend both.

Only a minor negative... We like to walk around, but this isn't really possible at this location. It's near main roads, some of which don't even have sidewalks. You need your own transportation or to get taxis.

Its location to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the hotel and the ability to leave my truck parked while I was gone. Excellent service. Nice bar and decent food and drinks.

My room was on the 7th floor near the elevators and it was noisy plus there was a bunch of hockey or basketball teams there and the kids were very noisy and kept us up until past 10 oclosk

The rate we received for the NFL draft was beyond great! Room was recently updated, clean and comfortable. Warm cookie upon arrival was delicious. Only issue was that we were offered an upgrade from Booking.com to receive breakfast at discounted rate but hotel would not honor.

Restaurant breakfast buffet needs help/work. All pastry items and fruit were not refilled and out the entire time. No service to bring coffee and waters to the table like hostess said she would bring. No napkins available. All eggs were out. Waited 20 minutes for items to be replenished. Had to find server to get our bill and pay. Was not worth $15 per person. Most items were not out on tables. We were there for 45 minutes and had minimal items to choose from that were on the buffet tables.

The manager walked over to our table was very friendly. As this where we were from what we were doing it’s very nice and the desk helped us out with questions we had we enjoyed the pool hot tub. It’s good time.

A big hamper of sheets stacked up by our elevator the entire time we were there should’ve been moved not too big of a deal

Room was large and clean, Really liked digital Key. Beds were comfortable. o

Room, Bathroom walls are starting to show wear and peel from too many paintings and no scrapings. Everything in room is scan and read. We are in our late 60s. Old school. Never found tv guide until time to leave. Still prefer hard copy tv guides and Hotel information. Did not eat, felt I should free for cost of room. We went to a full-service restaurant instead.

Everything was a great value for what the price was and everyone was very happy with what we experienced. Location was great as we toured around neighbouring towns, as well as having great access to outlets right in Appleton including the mall and restaurants. The free warm cookies were such a great idea and the pool and on site restaurant were both 10/10 atmospheres. Service staff went above and beyond to offer accomodations to room requests as well as an adjustment to check in time. Rooms had perfectly comfortable facilites and a great highway/business night view from the side of the building we were on. Great job guys, really gave us Canadians a fantastic first impression of Wisconsin!
