i liked the location, near to two shopping malls. Staff was relatively friendly. Breakfast was almost the same daily. Kinda boring after the 2nd 3rd day, room was relatively spacious, doesnt come with toothbrush/toothpaste. Had to walk to the door to switch off the lights. Gym was quite full in the morning. The repeated breakfast option is a reason why i will likely not repeat this place the next time.

The property really addresses what a business traveller needs away from home base. The gym not large but has everything you need , the equipment is of high quality. The cardio equipment looks into a wall of mirror that reflects a beautiful long pool for doing lengths. This pool is under a glass roof. Lots of chaise to relax. The meals are very diverse with lots of healthy options and even GF options. Lovely outdoor patio with palm trees. The room is a good size but not extravagant. The bed is really comfortable with a good changing room as part of the bathroom. The staff are so kind and helpful… I stayed in São Paulo so the warmth of the people is part of this country culture.

There are some cautions to be taken, I was traveling alone meeting colleagues, but they are givens and when followed, it is a safe place.

It was super clean, the bed and blankets comfortable, a good television, cozy lighting, and a lovely breakfast.

There was no door for the bathroom or shower. The toilet seat and shower doors were transparent and connected to the sink, and everything near the bed was without privacy whatsoever. The climatized pool had no vestiary, and to go there, we had to walk by the natural pool in the open sky, which is terrible when it rains or is cold. The hotel attendants were great, amicable, and proactive, but the parking valets were always rude and in monumental bad moods. It was uncomfortable to ask them to return my car or park it, like they didn't want to, or even like they were doing us a favor by working.

Breakfast - Perfect! So many options available, staff and service was excellent. Room - Spacious, Nice City View, Comfortable n big size bed, Neat and absolutely clean! Location - Not on a busy street, but at some distance you will find many restaurants and shopping malls, many commercial buildings nearby.

Breakfast is phenomenal here, location is excellent to get to anything in the Itaim or Vila Olympia areas which can be challenging. Loved the free parking and the Pool area also.

WiFi Internet speeds are very slow, around 8mbps. this should be increased to at least 20-30 mbps for a hotel of this caliber and seeing as how it is targeted towards business travellers.

I absolutely loved everything! The breakfast was fantastic, the bedroom was the perfect size, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the location couldn't have been more ideal, and the heated pool was amazing!

Very great location, next to the mall, next to several restaurants, very safe zone. Staff service excellent, helpful all the time and proactive !! Nice breakfast. Great pool.

Structure of the bathroom was rare, transparent doors. Before arriving to the hotel I had some questions and I called the all the telephone number (website, booking reservation confirmation, etc.. ) and nobody answered.

The hotel is in a very safe area, and two shopping malls are nearby. The views from the higher floors are excellent and give you a real feel of São Paulo. Breakfast was also delicious.

There is nothing to complain about.

When you need to call the lobby for any questions if you re outside the hotel it’s impossible to them answers the calling… really sucks I needed some help/emergency I tried to call finances/lobby and other option and it was unsuccessful
