Facilities were great, staff were friendly and accommodating, would stay here again. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options. It’s a high quality place.

- It’s quite expensive and you still have to pay an entrance to the casino despite being a guest of the hotel that is attached to the casino - We didn’t get the room that we picked on Booking, the room was a bit smaller and didn’t have as nice of a view, which honestly is fine, but it cost the same which I didn’t understand. I know we booked on the same day but the room shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not available. And in my opinion the smaller room that we were offered shouldn’t cost the same.

Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and big serves. The breakfast was the best with so many different choices and abundant. I would definitely recommend

I liked the facilities, pool, gym, room and beds all Clean, confortable and tidy.

Lift was very slow and was faulty to go down to basement to get in the carpark, we have to carry the luggage through the stairs.

Everything went pretty well, it was a fabulous stay at the hotel and enjoying the casino as well. It was clean, with lot of parking spaces and modern. Nice jacuzzi on the roof. Really liked it.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant, which is not very big. There was a queue to get a table, this is something to improve.

The room is large, and 2 bottles of water free is a bonus. The room was cleaned

I arrived earlier than I expected, I could see the hotel was not fully booked, but they did not allow early check-in.

Very decent hotel with all the necessary amenities.

Unnecessary lengthy check-in and check out procedures, just three guests create already a line. A lot of paperwork for each guest seems to be. This is the only reason for not giving the maximum amount of points.

I liked the facilities and the gentleman that greeted us at the door. love the underground guarded parking

the gals at the front desk were grumpy and acted put out when I would ask them a question. they also acted snobby. the older lady in the spa was super grumpy!

The spa and sauna is "private" must make an appointment before arriving to make sure you have the chance to use them.

The pillows were hard for me.

The restaurant was quite disappointing. We had stayed here before and had really enjoyed the restaurant, buffet and entertainment. Other hotels have managed a buffet and an interesting dinner menu during the pandemic in the high season. Also, the pool was closed.

Attentive staff, rooms were clean and good breakfast.

Not a good place for sightseeing, without car nothing is really reachable.
