We had two rooms—the hotel gave us rooms next to each other. The rooms were very well equipped (there was even an iron, coffee, and other uncommon amenities), and very clean, but a bit small. When all four of us tried to spend time together in one room, it felt too crowded. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing Frankfurt or Offenbach, especially if you're familiar with the cities’ public transport systems.

The hotel is located at a very busy street intersection—even at night, it was quite noisy. In this case, it was actually a good thing that the room windows could only be opened for ventilation, as it helped reduce the noise. Parking was too expensive (€19 per night), but convenient, with a lift going directly to the hotel reception. Breakfast could have been more varied—after two days, we had tried everything and had nothing new to choose from.

Hotel was located on a busy city street in a suburb of Offenbach. The staff were polite and helpful on check in/check out. The room was of a modern decor with matching bed linen. The bathroom was clean and tidy with all the usual facilities including a kettle and tea/coffee making items. The breakfast area was very busy and consequently a few breakfast items were missing. There were no cereal bowls left either but just a minor gripe really. Outlook at the back of the hotel looked over nearby flats but it wasn't a problem. Parking was good in an underground car park with access directly to the hotel above. The car park is accessed via Bahnhof strasse at the back of the hotel for information. In the street the hotel stands on there is a Lidl and another supermarket nearby and a short distance away an Edeka as well. Given the cost I would say the hotel was pretty good for a one night stay and if I'm passing again I would definitely look to stay here again.

Only minor issue touched on above. For the money a good hotel.

Modern hotel, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, close to my business need, short walk to Offenbach downtown, easy to reach by S-Bahn from Frankfurt, good air con in the room

the interior of the hotel (including the room when arriving) was very hot (room temp could be reduced with the air conditioning); scrambled eggs for breakfast were not very tasty; impossible to completely open the window of the room (possible to open only a little bit).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean except for the fact that they cleaned the rooms every other day but its ok. They had on site parking and the location was super nice.

The breakfast was a bit poor not a lot of variety and they need to give better instructions on the parking as it was a bit confusing how the system worked with the tickets.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. The room and the bathroom were clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the Wifi connection was very stable. We visited the book fair, and the train ride to get to Messe was about 20 minutes including a transfer. The nearest train station from the hotel is only three minutes away on foot, and there are supermarkets nearby, which are very convenient.

There are two elevators, but during a busy time for the breakfast and check-outs we sometimes had to wait long for an elevator to come. I don’t know if there were stairs, at least I didn’t find any.

Continental breakfast had better selection than expected, good quality and included eggs and bacon Bonus having hot drinks machine with mochaccino. Great location, only short distance to centre of town. Accessible room and bathroom was well designed and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly and lobby was nicely decorated and furnished with a small bar and seating area.

Dedicated space for car in front of entrance would have been nice.

Great room. clean, good parking, and great staff. Metro is walking distance from hotel there is plenty of restaurants and bars near by also supermarkets. Very quiet neighborhood and the breakfast is awesome.

Nothing, it is 30 minutes driving to frankfurt just as a fyi .

It's a chain hotel - there are no surprises and not a lot of character, but it delivers what it promises - things work and it had the facilities I needed for a business stay. Good breakfast. Somewhat limited eating options in the immediate vicinity but more if you go 10-15 minutes walk away. Air-conditioning coped well with a significant heatwave. Excellent value (at this time of year, anyway).

Only two lifts for quite a large hotel, so gets a bit congested at times.

The hotel was new, modern with a comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of options on offer. The hotel had a safe and secure underground car park that linked directly into the hotel. All round it was a good stay with everything you would expect from a holiday inn.

Not really anything we found wrong during our stay, the only thing we found was that the car park a little difficult to find as the entrance is a block further down the street, however it is very safe and linked directly to the hotel. The charge for parking is slightly over what you would expect to pay, especially considering it’s also used for the supermarket in the same complex.

The staff was super friendly. The food was great, although it wasn't very varied. Parking is available nearby for 15 euros a day. The room was very large, and the presence of a microwave + a real-sized fridge was great as well.

The room was not cold, but I feel like 1-2 degrees warmer would've been a bit more comfortable. The in-room thermostat didn't seem to allow for more warm air regardless of us setting it to 22 or 24.
