the staff help us to navigate the situation when there was no more non-smoking room deluxe available (and we arrived 1am after a very long set of flights). Two of us are very sensitive to smoke smell and they upgraded our room to keep non-smoking.

cleanliness, some black dots seemed like mold in the shower room (very minor though). And saw a piece hair on one of the breakfast meal.

Provide, Iron and ironing board, replace coffe machine with microwave. Bath Mat should be in every bathroom at the hotel, as after shower the floor is slippery and could be dangerous. Hand towel / face towels needed as well.

Good hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. The location was good for my needs, but it is not central.

One of the elevators was not working. Waiting for an elevator took a little too long on most occasions. If you are looking to have a beer at the hotel bar after your day, that is not going to happen as they dont serve alchol. That is fine, but good to be aware of.

Good hotel, very clean, with a cafe and restaurant on-site. And depending on what floor you're on, you might have a nice view of the city.

Breakfast was expensive (for Indonesia), though they did have a pretty big variety of food to choose from, both western and Indonesian. The latte I had in the cafe was not very good, tasting like 95% milk, 5% coffee. Not a big deal by any means, but given the quality of the hotel in general, I expected better.

The room is spacious, it can fit 4ea 28 inch luggage. Staffs are friendly. Their breakfast menu are also good.

Not sure whether I like it or not, but this hotel has tight security. They will inspect our luggage / handbag everytime we go inside the hotel, just like what we can find in the airport. This hotel room doesn't have a bidet - in case you need one.

The room is clean and comfy, while the bathroom size is just right. The foods taste great even though it lacks of variety. We got the connecting room near the elevator so it was convenient.

The soundproof is not that good in door area so we can hear people's voices from our room. Our room's water heater didn't work properly so we could only use lukewarm water at max and the AC keeps returning to its initial degree even though we had lower it so the room felt warm, I didn't even use the blanket at night.

Good bones, interesting buffet all 3 meals. Comfortable bed.

11th floor room was well worn. A/C couldn't be adjusted for temp (18.5°C). Lots of calcium deposits in the bathroom, and towels that needed someone to trim off the frayed edges. Plenty of traffic noise all day and all through the night despite being on the 11th. Light switches sprinkled all over the room, and they all needed to be used

The light in my room was pale, i light strong light.

Warm, friendly and very helpful staff, cozy and comfortable bed. Love the ambience and breakfast spread. The mussolah was also clean and comfortable. Lobby was beautiful.
