I Like everything . The staff is responsive and polite. BUT I am a little wary about the credit card payment. I think it’s better to sign using hardcopy. E-signing payment gets through even when you don’t sign. So there were multiple cc transactions. Luckily staff were honest and responsive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be happier. From the warm welcome and helpful local tips to the seamless check-in, the staff truly went above and beyond. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and quality toiletries. Breakfast was a treat, offering fresh, delicious options with local flavors. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in service, comfort, and value—highly recommended!

The breakfast was amazing and has variety of international cuisines. I loved how the staff are always helpful and eager to assist. They go beyond with their service too. Appreciate it so much for making our stay a memorable one!

The location was in the centre of traffic so to get to the hotel was always traffic jam. Other than that, is all exceptionally great service and most comfortable.

I traveled with 7 years old, He did enjoy the kids club and the pool. Breakfast is great with so many dishes to choose from. Pool in nice and clean, also the pool guard are friendly.

Some dishes at the breakfast bar is cold. We have to wait 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast one day. It was busy that day however maybe they can offered us to seat somewhere else by the pools , by the lobby or somewhere.

A very good business hotel. It isn't all that luxurious but it's a great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay in Yogyakarta while visiting the surrounding temples. Staff is very friendly and truly there to help.

Location is not ideal. Although to be fair Yogyakarta is just a sprawling chaotic city and I still struggle to understand where the ideal location would be. Value for money is not the hotel's strongest point.

-Service was stellar. -We traveled with a toddler. And their kids' club and pool were fantastic. The kids' club also had a really nice attendant (called Jela) who kept the kids company and engaged with them. -The buffet breakfast was brilliant: good mix of local and western dishes. -Be sure to check out the palace wing, with the palace and the spa.

All staff were very friendly and humble. The indoor kids' play area was very organised and clean. The room was spacious but can be maintained better. Housekeeping was also very good and did a good job. Their breakfast variety was a good spread. Everyday, for a week, they offered different dishes.

The view for the room was supposed to be mountain view but we received a pool view. It would have been better if the view was right.

Staff is very well trained and accommodative with always a smile on their face. Excellent breakfast selection with a big Asian variety

I am personally not a big fan of aircon and for me its in Hotels in Asia to cold

Breakfast was good. Better than what the so called “popular place” to eat in Jogja. The children’s amenities are good too with the kids club and slides at the pool. The staff on duty at the kids club in the morning is excellent and made my kids feel welcomed and played with them.

It is too bad and sad that the outdoor seating in the breakfast area is for smoking and the proximity is so close to the children’s swimming pool. So kids are becoming secondhand smokers due to it.

Breakfast was excellent! so much variety available for breakfast. Some of the dishes changes each day. The dimsum section was superb!

the pillow is a little too soft for me but my son likes it.
