I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the attention to detail—the cozy ambiance, the thoughtful amenities, and the little touches that made a big difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The hotel’s location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The on-site facilities, especially the restaurant were exceptional. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent service, English of staff was great and they always very willing to help and go an extra mile. Breakfast was excellent and the menu will change daily. So we had some differences every day. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. As we are staying in the family room, the toiletries are very nice and smells fantastic. They even have a pillow menu.

Almost nothing I don't like about it. From the time I step out of my taxi to the time I checked out. Everything was prefect!

Breakfast was just so so. Lots of Indonesian breakfast food which was a bit too heavy for me. Cappucino was not great. Milk was too swit

Breakfast variety was good with some items changing everyday. The bed was super comfy and location was good with a few eateries around the corner.

Wifi signal was between weak to normal. Most of the time was unstable. While password was given, we don’t need it to login. Perhaps this needs to be strengthen and enforced to limit users to purely hotel guests.

Our holiday are really supreb with the clean hotel and comfy bed..the hotel ambient are soo relaxing and the room are clean n specious and extra the staff can cleand your room daily..the hotel staff are soo friendly and very professional and helpfull..for sure will repeat amd come again.

The best kibg size bed ever. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Any minor problem got solved in a timely manner.

The roof top bar needs to have a knowledgeable bar person.

Everything was great here at Swissbell boutique. Nice place, helpful staff, good location. Wish I could stay at Swiss bell all the time! And the pillow menu was a delightful bonus (try the goose down!).

The pool area could be nicer. Gym is tiny.
