Everything about the hotel is excellent but the staff take it to another level. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure that the experience of staying there is superb. From Giulia on reception sending a message to ask our eta and when we knew we were going to be late she sent us the menu and had some dinner waiting for us in the dining room. To Christina on the bar who's personable friendly manner and prompt service was outstanding. The food every night had a varied choice and was all delicious and the team in the dining room move as one, a well oiled machine, friendly and seem to be able to anticipate your every need. The rooms are cleaned immaculately by ghosts I think as I never saw the wonderful staff who do it and yet the evidence was always there that they have been. So in summary, it's a beautiful hotel with a unique pool and within 2 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach with excellent food, beautiful views but above all the staff are what makes it. All other hotels should take note!

The room was spacious with an excellent view of the sea. The reception staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I didn't eat any dinners in the restaurant, but the breakfast was ample and satisfying. The staff in the dining room were all exceptional....especially Vito, who made amazing decorated cappuccinos for me. The cleaning staff were fast, thorough, and friendly also.

I've stayed here before and it was wonderful, which is why I returned with my friends. It was a great feeling when the staff at check in and in the breakfast room recognized me and remembered my cappuccino preference.....it's those little things right? One of our rooms had a sea view which was amazing as before. The breakfast was substantial and had a large variety to choose from.....with perfectly made cappuccinos. The hotel i very well located, just a few steps from the beach, although we were there during the recent rain deluge and flooding which plagued Emilia Romagna but it was a short walk to Viale Ceccarini and the historic center of Riccione. Everything was close and accessible. This was a perfect short stay to offer us a relaxing few days after a month of constant walking and traveling.....and I got to visit with my relatives! The rooms were clean and sparkling! The staff at the desk very warm and welcoming, as were the cleaning staff and restaurant staff.

There really was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

we booked the “economy” room and we expected it to be a little bigger. there was a window facing a wall of the inside of the building. Despite loving the rest of the hotel, we thought that the room could have been cheaper because so tiny and facing a wall. (even if “economy”).

The breakfast was ample and varied. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming......they all remembered that I love a good cappuccino and there was a cup brought to my table without my asking for it. The housekeeping staff was very efficient....my room was spotless and tidy after they cleaned. I had a room that overlooked the sea. There was a busy street outside my 3rd floor balcony that was noisy but that isn't the hotel's fault....the view made up for it! I did not use the pool and did not eat any dinner meals there. The bartenders made excellent aperitivos.....

The bed was a little too firm for me but I have found this in all Italian hotels. It was a minor inconvenience.

The staffs were great, supportive any time, attending all requests

The air conditioning was not work in the rooms. It seems April in Italy this is normal for every place.
