I stayed at the hotel for one night since I had to be at the airport at 6am. The room is very comfortable and spacious. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 mins to the airport. The staff was also friendly.

There weren't many options to eat. I wanted to order in, but couldn't find a menu in my room. It took me a while to find the restaurant menu online but the reviews weren't great and most of them said the prices were too high for what they got. Breakfast only opens at 6am, so if you have to leave earlier you need to think about other alternatives. Samething for dinner, if you don't want to pay for over priced food you better think about alternatives.

A good hotel near the airport with shuttle service to and from the airport. We spent a night here before catching an early morning flight the next morning. We were hoping for a pickup at the Dorval train station, other nearby hotels offer this service if you call them directly. This hotel does not. We were advised to go to the airport to access the shuttle. As the hotel was near the train station, we opted to walk. Although checking was swift, we had some difficulty finding our room. The hotel has a strange configuration with large wings extending from a central point. We ate dinner at the restaurant - very pricy but there were no restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was grabbed at the airport the next morning. Our room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Checkout was a breeze and we accessed the complimentary shittle to take us to the airport the next morning.

Very close to the airport, the free shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is very quiet and amazingly has a garden with shrubs and a lilly pond. A real haven of peace! Comfy beds and good linen, modern bathroom. Breakfast à la carte, good. Friendly and efficient service. Had one dinner, was nice.

Nothing, stayed just one night after a flight from Europe, before moving on.

Very nice rooms with great shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle goes regularly, reliably and quickly. The airport view is cool and you can see the south end of 06 R. During night time, the airport is less noisy so I could still sleep well despite the planes. Nice cosmetic trio of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for guest use.

The coffee maker in the room was not very intuitive, a nespresso capsule machine would have been better for me. As I have a dust allergy, rooms without carpet would be a nice addition.

I had to call the hotel because I could not find any information on where to find the shuttle upon arrival at the airport. On the day of my departure, I decided to walk to Dorval train station (which is fairly close) since the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to get there. The staff suggested not to walk there because of the cold, but they did not advise that I should have gone in an underpass that early in the morning is not exactly what I'd call a friendly environment.

Sheraton is a well known chain of hotels. And when the hotel is located near airport, which means they have guests 24/7 for transit flights or stopovers, most of us expect to have good 24/7 food & drinks station with coffee machine, tea, sandwiches & etc. I was hungry and there were few options on a small table & fridge :) I think Sheraton guests deserve more developed grab & go service :)

Hotel's location was very convenient, and quality of the room and building was really nice. I booked a night before my early flight for convenience. When my flight got canceled and rebooked to a day after, I had to try and get an extra night. I was initially told that the hotel was sold out that night. But the extremely helpful staff at the front desk was able to get me another night, and made the process after a stressful night of cancelation notifications a lot easier on me. Also, the consistent free shuttle to airport was nice.

I did notice that ubereats service did not seem to work at the airport, like it showed no results. Not sure exactly why, but it made finding convenient food really hard, as there aren't much options and I had to eat at their in house restaurant. Wasn't bad, but was a bit pricey. Could probably call in other delivery services but I wasn't willing to spend money to travel to go back into the city area, but yeah, had I known, I would have brought food in from outside.

The room and bed very comfortable

When we checked in was told that checkout was 11am when it was actually 12pm. We were then booked in for an 11 am checkout. Next morning I called to confirm and 12 was indeed tge checkout so they moved it. We choose this hotel because of late checkout. Our room did not have hot water. Our showers were tepid at best.

Great location with excellent free shuttle that runs every 30 mins . Restaurant has tasty food and staff are friendly. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel close to airport for overnight stay .

This time had a problem with electrics in bathroom in night which woke us and had to change rooms . Luckily just over hall and didn’t need to pack up . Staff made change as convenient for us as possible,

It's close to the airport and there's a shuttle that goes back and forth all day and night. There is a very basic fitness center Shortvwalk to Dorval train station and get into the city if you have a long layover.

It's extremely overpriced and does not include any meals. Fitness center could use more equipment like a bench and squat rack, and more weight machines as there's lots of space in there.
