when we first arrived we noticed the beautiful architecture of the building. Check in/out was a breeze. My husband and I only stayed 1 night so we didn't get to experience what the hotel had to fully offer. The staff was really friendly and kind, lots of parking, multiple entrances to get to your room, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was sold out so it was really busy at breakfast time. So my only complaint was there wasnt a ton of room in the breakfast book, but they had tables and places to sit in the lobby. The hotel is in a good location. Its right off the Trans Canada so its easy to get it to and there's lots of places to eat and shop near by.

The breakfast was great, even for picky eaters. The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a table with chairs to eat even in the basic room. Large television and Netflix were a hit with my son. Friendly staff and very clean.

The weight machine in the gym was broken, the treadmill required maintenance and the eliptical felt like it was purchased at a bargain store. The pool is right at the entrance of the hotel so the chlorine smell is a bit overwhelming and there is an unpleasant smell just outside the main entrance likely coming from the enclosed staircase leading up to the 2nd floor hotel bar.

The hotel was super clean, in a great location and had a great breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were really nice and cozy. Our room had a second door dividing the bathroom from the rest of the room and that also helped to minimize any noise coming from the hallways. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were a little lumpy… kind of felt like sleeping on a sack of cotton balls but not the end of the world. Front desk was a little slow when we arrived… there was only one girl working at 4pm and she was taking a phone call. There were a few people ahead of us as well so we stood there for about 10 minutes before being checked in.

Sorry, but I've run out of positive adjectives to describe this very fine property.....location is great, right off the TransCanada highway, but still far enough so as not to hear the traffic. The Front-Desk reception is very friendly, yet efficient as well.....there is an enclosed indoor pool on the ground-floor; can't provide info on that amenity, as I do not use swimming pools. The rooms are quite sizable, sufficient lighting, conveniently located electric receptacles, very comfy bed with lots of pillows, large TV with an active welcome screen as you enter the room. Although the facility doesn't have a restaurant, there is a bar and the hotels serves hot breakfast buffet. All told - a very good choice when you're looking for a quality accommodation after a long drive.

It is a beautiful Motel.

The day we arrived the elevator was out of order. I was put on the second floor. I have double walking. So I stayed in my room. Family had planned dinner out but instead dinner in room from Tim Hortors. I truly believe I was given someone else's room,why because name on TV screen was another person.. I could have made a complaint but decided I was only there one day to forget about it. Things happen. I was disappointed. The staff were very nice, clean rooms. And a beautiful Motel.

I didn't like the use of disposable cups, dishes, knives and forks that couldn't cut anything. I also didn't like that there wasn't a jug to boil water only a coffee maker machine. I couldn't drive the TV it was difficult to select anything on the smart TV that you didn't have to pay for it Netflix movies etc. The staff were lovely and helpful and the building was well appointed and looked great and very welcoming after a big drive. Thank You for the welcome on the TV I felt that we were in good hands for our stay!👏

This hotel is always a nice place to stay when traveling between Ottawa and Nova Scotia. Excellent rooms. Clean bathroom. The tv is a good but the interface is hard to use. The Chromecast feature is a great idea but not completely reliable. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Great parking lot. Good toiletries. We always enjoy our stay.

The check-in was very slow due to only one person being on reception. He got tied up on the phone doing a booking. It was 15 minutes before he could complete the reservation and then deal with those of us checking in. There were a lot of us waiting. Maybe the hotel is short staffed but the priority should be for guests checking in not a possible phone reservation.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and informative. The room was spacious, the microwave and fridge were great! The room had a Keurig for coffee and hot water for tea. The lighting behind the TV and the beds created a lovely ambiance. There was an abundance of plugs and charging options for devices! The amenities included with our stay were excellent. The pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was not very hot, but the weather was so hot and humid that our kids did not mind the freezing water. The gym overlooking the pool was great. We did not use the lounge, but having the option to was great! The to-go breakfast was delicious. Our kids really enjoyed the pancake maker. There were lots of options for a hot or cold breakfast to enjoy. The hotel was a little pricy, likely due to the long weekend, otherwise decent value for the stay. Would definitely recommend the Best Western Plus Edmunston!

The pool temperature was a little too cold, and the hot tub temperature was not very hot; although having them available was the reason we chose this hotel with the kids.

Comfy bed, nice clean tidy room with a great shower. Hot breakfast in the morning is always a bonus, with lots of it as well. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were great. Didn't use the pool or hotel but it all looked super clean. This is a great half way stop while I traveled back to Ottawa from Nova Scotia.

Room coffee is just awful, the coffee machine on the main floor is much better. Elevator was not working, but I'm fortunate I have legs and they work just fine. Not an issue to me but may have been for others.

I'm running out of positive adjectives for my periodic stays at this fine property. My rating says it all! I wish to all, future guests as well as the professional staff at the Edmunston Best Western Plus a very Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, with the best of health in 2025 and beyond.

the parking areas and drive-ways could be sanded/salted more frequently....but, who knows, it might be a local Edmunston municipality 'greening the planet' restriction?
