- everything is so updated - the window in my room has a hole on the wall(around the frame) so I could hear all noises and also the air conditioner would not do its job properly

the location in the island is very convenient, everything is very close and you can walk easy

the bedroom wasn’t in good condition.

One of the baddest staff situations then other hotels in Colombia. Bad / no system to follow. No/unwelcome the receptionist att all. Mosquito in the room with no response/resolution. Those who rolle the hotel can change these situations, because i don't know if receptionist get pressed for the hotel rollers! Bad internet network. No wifi in all rooms at all they know that and those who live in the hotel even knows it. High price per 3 nights 600USD they are not worth it.

The beach was great for my son (3 years old). Good buffet breakfast.

The facilities are old and require improvement. The bathroom needs to improve, the elevators too.

The pool. The kind staff. The view. Location. We had a great stay!

Lack of internet apart from the lobby. Delays in repairing the hotel. Mediocre dry breads selection each morning. However, generally, breakfast was great.

I loved the food and the people The help was very good. in the hotel they were able to help us choice the best plan and activities for the day. absolutely loved the trip. Shout out to Brandon who made our trip a lot nicer than expected. He was great help.

The wifi only works in the reception area and few meters around...however in the advertisement the hotel states that public places have wifi access, that is not true. Even in the restaurant on the second floor the wifi doesn't work
