Great rooms with good comfortable beds, sockets by the beds is great, good WiFi, good shower with strong pressure and good temperature. Hotel close to train station, restaurants and secure parking at a very cheap price for overnight only 2 euro. Friendly and helpful staff Everything I look for in a hotel is provided here and I travel a lot it is rare to find a hotel that meets everything I like and i only have a simple checklist.

Breakfast was ok but only continental not much hot options like bacon, beans etc. Dinner menu was ok but it was very obvious that the pasta was heated in microwave or oven yet still cost 18 euro. Took about 5 minutes from ordering to getting the pasta so no way it was fresh made in that time.

The locarion

No mini fridge, no space for family (not even for three) though it was advised...very small rooms...only enough for one person..I asked for some glasses with ice cubes and one male staff member was very fuzzy...interacted with me like he was the owner and like the glasses were gold or diamond ...and he insisted I should return them asap.. on the note only one front office girl who was really friendly (Isla I assume here name was) and a there was a Dutch born Iraki security office who was very friendly...

Because of location of my room in the corner without neighbors, some internal systems, ventilation or air conditioning were a bit noisy. I do not think it is common for rooms of other location. - to mention, location is good only to have a sleepover, and during the day to go away(for work or leisure to Amsterdam)because Almere is too big and this district of Almere obviously not the best to spend time in.

It’s been probably more than two years now since the last time I was here. Everything pretty much the same as I remember. The beds are really comfortable same as the pillows.. you’ll get the best sleep as you can possibly get. Staff are less visible than it was a couple years ago but they are still the same extremely helpful and kind. Much love to y’all and big thank for everything and see you in the near future.

The kindness of the personnel was exceptional. The room looks much better than other hotels which are pricier. Everything is neat and clean and looking newish. You can stream any device you have following the instructions on the tv, it works great! The ac also works very good.

There was just one of the two towels which had old stains on it. It wasn't dirty, it were stains which clearly couldn't get washed out. A quality check could avoid these getting used.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is very good just in front of railway station. We found it very peaceful location.

Breakfast had good spread. In veg, it includes various fruits, juices, bread jam, prunes. However, Few more vegetarian options may be provided. Location is easily accessible by Railway. However it is 30 minutes from Amsterdam Central. We had Eurail pass, so we could utilise it for reaching hotel.

I had a great experience at the hotel, starting from check-in where the staff were friendly and had a good sense of humor, while still remaining professional. They always greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left. The room was well-equipped, meeting all the expectations of a mid-range hotel. One unique feature was that the TV had YouTube, which is not commonly found in hotels, even those with a 5-star rating. We also appreciated that the hotel was located in Almere, which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam in the evenings. I would like to note that Almere is a lovely area to explore.

There wasn't a lot that I didn't like. If I had to be picky, I'd say that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful and that it wasn't communicated well that there would be daily housekeeping. We were quite surprised to come back and see that our room had been cleaned without our knowledge or prior consent.

We were assigned a disabled room with the couch bed also made up even though it was just two people, the disabled room also means after showering the bathroom is wet and more dangerous to get to the toilet after. We would’ve preferred a standard room.

The stay was very comfortable! The hotel looks really nice, has good facilities, and the staff are overall friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and was clean and beautiful. The free breakfast was quite nice, and the dinner they serve is also quite tasty, for a fair price. The location is very convenient; next to Almere Buiten train station, so you can take the train to Almere Centre in an instant. Moreover, there are lots of stores within a 2-minute walk from the hotel. It isn't a cheap hotel, but it will likely suit all of your needs!

The waiter for dinner didn't seem that experienced, we didn't get plates for our starter meal, for example.

The hotel could provide parking for guests. I understand it's the city center, but maybe consider some discounts or lower parking prices in the area.
