I have been to this hotel before. They have a really good breakfast with lots of choices. That is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The staff do their best to accommodate requests; such as getting extra pillows, fan, etc. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood so there is very little to disturb our sleep. We will be back on our next trip to the area.

I have two complaints: 1. the lack of handicapped parking closer to the entrance. My wife and I are both 82 years old and are handicapped. 2. there are no carts available to take the luggage and the other things from the car to the room - this hotel has 4 floors.

Very close to the motorway but nearly no noise from the motorway - really impressive. And the curtains are really light-proof - the room becomes dark (should be standard in Swedish hotels!)

We could put our bikes into a room nearby the reception, however, the room was not locked and nobody noticed when we took them out of the room. We were not allowed to take the bikes with us to the room. Nothing was stolen!! However, it felt not the best way for a bicycle trip in spite of a good location (grocery only a short walkaway), directly at the old E4...)

This is by far my favourite truly pet friendly hotel in Sweden. You get to see plenty of signs outside and inside. They truly welcome them. Staff super friendly, no restricted areas so you can eat breakfast together. Tea and coffee corner at reception (yummy pastries in the morning also). The breakfast selection is AA-mazing and check out is (pinch me) at 12h. It's a 10/10 for me.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

The breakfast is really good, great omelette. Very nice staff. Free coffee, tea and hot water 24/7. Free parking. McDonald's and Mac nearby. Very comfortable mattresses. Allows you to rest.

The cleaning spoiled the whole impression. The child found a cobweb in the room. But the quality of the toilet cleaning is just awful! Black stripe under the rim! Has this place ever been washed?! I'm attaching a photo.

Location was good, easy to reach with own car and free parking place. Breakfast was ok. Good choice when you want to save money and just need a place to sleep over.

First room we got was not cleaned so got a new one. That was better but was missing the towels. So two extra turns in the reception, which was not so nice. Also there were some trash from previous guests on the floor so cleaning has not been done properly.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location was also good, right off the freeway, but very near town. There was also a Max and a McDonalds there, if you needed a late night bite. There was plenty of parking, which was all free. And I appreciated that the hotel didn't have a cut-off time for checking in, as we arrived later in the evening. The bathrooms were a good size, and the room was very clean.

We were a party of three, and my bed was a fold down bed off the wall, above the other beds. This is super practical (which is great), but it did make the room quite small for the three of us with our luggage.

- Tea and croissant at the reception in the evening. - Free parking. - Very good breakfast. - Quiet. - A lot of space to sit and work in the room. - Modern room and bathroom.

- Noisy ventilation in the bathroom. - No hairdryer in the room.

Location was easily accessible from E4 and near to the Skavsta airport. There are few fastfood restaurants and petrol stations right next to the hotel. They also provide free parking for the guests. Rooms were good for short stay.

One of the very best breakfast ever. Lot's of variety. That is why we are repeat customers. We have been here many times before and always try to stay here when we are in the area.

Parking could be better for off-loading baggage near the front entrance.

At the check-in there was a young lady who was very attentive and explained in a positive manner real well all the services the Hotel provides and also helped on explaining the very early departure breakfast options. She is very good on customer service!
