My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times before. Sofia the hotel manager, always tries to make our stay at the hotel is as good as it can possibly be. When Sofia finds out that we are coming she saves the biggest room with the best view for us. The breakfast is served in a first class restaurant (the best restaurant in Malmkoping). It is one of the best breakfasts we have had in Sweden. The hotel is located in a very quiet and secluded location which helps facilitate a good nights sleep. We will return again next year.

It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a cart for taking our suitcase and other things from the car to the room. My wife and I are both 82 years old and handicapped.

This hotel serves an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a great selection that includes hot dishes. This restaurant also serves lunch and dinner most days. The staff was very friendly and leaned over backwards to accomodate all of our needs. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area. We have stayed at this hotel before. We came in late to the hotel with no advance notice so they could only gives a single room with an extra bed when we wanted a double room. They were hosting a convention that day. The next day they upgraded our room to the best one in the hotel. We stayed in that upgraded room for 3 more days. All at the single room rate. You can't beat that!!!

They have very small staff on duty so it is sometimes hard to get a desk clerk. (I really had to dig hard to come up with a negative comment).

Excellent, friendly staff. Dinner was absolutely delicious. Big parking area directly in front of the hotel.

The shower had a problem - it had stuck with the consequence that it was impossible to switch from hot to cooler water.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and included hot dishes. The staff is very friendly and did all they could to make us comfortable. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were nice, shower was good and bathroom newly decorated. Grounds near the hotel were nice for walking, lovely lake.

The staffing levels were too low to serve the number of guests. It was difficult to get someone to serve you at the bar or to answer a question at reception. The restaurant was disappointing, we had booked a family meal for 8 - out of 3 hot dishes, one was not available when we arrived. Deserts were not offered to us and when we asked for them, the only waiter serving said the kitchen had closed. We did not have starters so not good that we could not have deserts. If you can't provide the meal do not take the booking. We could have gone to another restaurant, it was a special family occasion and your service fell short.
