Great reception, in which the two kids received a small goodie bag, which was needed after a long trip. Also, they had a small table with drawing utilities close to the entrance of the hotel. Nice location in the downtown of Eskilstuna, close to parks, museums and water. The breakfast was nice as well, in which the kids had their own small buffet table, to our kids delight.

The only downside which we noticed was that light from the outside got through the blackout curtains.

Very good full breakfast and service. Nice breakfast area with river view. The nice pub Bishop Arms with superb food and many sorts of beer, and guiding of beer experts. Hotel location perfect located in center and also with the river and park just at the front.

Maybe time to look over the location of connections of electronic items (phones etc) near BOTH sides of the double bed and also close to the sofa.

We had a comfortable clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied catering for all tastes.

The windows in our room wouldn’t stay open. Also, the hotel didn’t serve cappuccinos.

Great location, right on the water, and in the middle of town. Near a park and lots of restaurants. The room was huge, and the bed was so comfy and soft with great pillows. The staff were lovely and friendly. There is a small amount of parking outside but we weren't aware of that on the first night so we went to the multi story car park around the corner but it was so close (2 minutes away) it wasn't a big deal. On the second night we brought our car back to the hotel as it was more convenient and the staff helped us out with a permit.

There was loud music from the pub at the weekend. From our room it wasn't too bad, just the bass and we were so tired we slept through it anyway!

Clean and mostly friendly. Staff in the reception were very helpful and always friendly. Lovely breakfast buffet and pretty views. Great location.

Breakfast finishes 9.30 on week-days - too early for a holiday stay - the buffet is then removed straight away after many of the staff have come to get breakfast among the guests.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast. Nice rooms, good price, extremely polite, nice and helpful staff. I felt at ease and actually at home. This was my second stay and not the last just thre are rooms available on my next visit. Above all this: the view from the rooms facing Eskilstuna channel and Klosters Church.

Maybe a little minus was the lack of aircon. The weather was hot.

Very clean plush hotel. Excellent bedroom and wet room with excellent wifi connection for business travellers.

Breakfast was only average. Excellent selection of cold fruits, meats and salads. Hot Food was incredibly disappointing to a poor standard.

Clean, airy, nice gym and sauna, really good and spacious room for a family with kids. Big comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with waffles, good location.

Would appreciate more small weights in the gym: there are only 2 kg, 4 kg and 8 kg. Difference between 5, 6 and 7 kg does matter!

A nice old fashioned hotel. Nice christmassy feel. Great breakfast.

Room was tiny. The hotel was crazy busy, hard to even get through the lobby, a party of a company I assume. Very noisy too.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff at the reception. Very helpful. Convenient location.

We came by car and had to pay extra for parking. Its a nominal amount but would be better if the hotel could provide parking facilities without extra cost to the guests.
