The room was nice, I really liked that they had Netflix on the TV so you can just log in and watch your favourite shows, the furniture were really comfortable and I appreciated the shoe horn

I booked this hotel because it has a gym and it was really cool that the gym was on the 22nd floor but it didnt have dumbells, kettlebells or barbells and the machines werent plugged in, you could use them but not turn them on and see the screen, they did have some other stuff and i managed to put together some excersise so it was ok..

I got the room at an amazing price. The check in went smoothly, the lady at the reception was friendly and informative. Breakfast was amazing, would meet any expectations and was included in the price. I didn't get to use any of the extras (bar restaurant etc) as they were closed on the day I was visiting or I didn't really have much interest in them. In general, it was an almost perfect experience. The toiletries provided were high end.

I was given a room with a very weird bathroom. The bathtub was located under the place where the wall was reclining on the inside. I am relatively small and I could not stand to take a shower, I had to fill the bathtub and get a bath. Also the room had no air-condition so it might get too hot in the summer (a ventilator was provided)

The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the higher floors. Fabulous bar, gym and wellness centre with beautiful views! Good breakfast. Great location right in the centre of the city. Overall good value for money. The rooms facing the cosy little courtyard are great.

If you have a room on the lower floors facing the city you will not get any sleep at all as it is very noisy outside, specially on a Friday or Saturday night. Luckily on our second stay we had a room on the higher floors after the weekend and it was nice and quiet. Some of the rooms could do with brighter colours, our first room was painted a dull grey with black furniture. But the second room we had was more beige and cream and much more pleasant.

Very good breakfast, a lot of different choices. Nice view from the room. Clean and modern. The gym had a very nice view.

The equipment in the gym was poor. No free weights/dumbells to work with. Good for cardio. The "spa" was not really wow. Not so warm, we had to heat the sauna ourselves and you had to buy footsalt extra. So basically 2 saunas and a nice view is what you pay for. If we'd known that we could just have used the free sauna 2 floors up.

The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent! The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. And the view from my room was great. There was also a garage connected to the hotel which was very helpful.

A few minor issues - the outside of the hotel had a lot of trash. The room was warm (even though there was a/c it could have been better. There were no English language channels on the TV, but I was told at the front desk that they were in the process of changing the TV service.

We stayed in a good sized family room with two rooms. Really good if you have older children. Nice view from the sky bar and the drinks we ordered was very professionally made.

A bit dusty and cold room. We like warmer rooms and have about 23 degrees at home. A big plus that we could open the window to get fresh air.

This is a centrally located business style hotel which delivers very good standard. The room are relatively spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a very good range of cold and warm options. Been here several times and a sure choice in vasteras

48h Parking tickets which do not really work (always have to call to exit the parking)…

The breakfast was great. Good spread. It could be a little earlier than 7.00am. Most people coming to the hotel are there for work. The gym is also closed until 6 which there isnt any reason for that as there is no one managing it anyway.

Everything was amazing… Perfect location, beautiful view and wonderful stuff .

I can’t say “not like” but it was just an observation… The toilet ventilation is very poor … At least it was in our rooms 🤭 When someone went to the toilet for number 2, the smell would take over an hour to clear out and we was in the nineth floor with a small child so couldn’t risk opening the windows 😂😂😂😂

The spa facilities but it should be part of the hotel payment rather than paying a separate fees The gym was good

The fact that l had to pay for the spa which is not was advertised on the booking.com's advert, it stated that there is spa.
