Staff were excellent throughout the stay. On arrival we found that our bathroom sink lacked a plug, a minor issue, but the gentleman on reception replaced it immediately. As we were making an early trip on our first morning a takeaway breakfast was provided with no fuss which was much appreciated. Location was convenient for the train station & our room overlooked the cathedral.

No bath in our room & no fruit salad for breakfast.

My first room was a standard double, and was comfortable, although with few frills. Having a decent pillow was a big plus, though (you need to choose one at reception if you want a special pillow). My second room was a deluxe double and that was great, far bigger and with both a shower and a bath. The breakfasts were good, with nice choices, and the Bishops Arms, attached to the hotel, had good food, good atmosphere and a large variety of beers on tap!

The bathroom in the standard double was very small, particularly the shower. The hotel was full, which meant that breakfast was a bit crowded, but I always managed to find a table. Most of the staff were very friendly, some were not particularly friendly but were polite.

Breakfast was great, There was a lot too choose from like fresh fruit. The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, and it was clean. it was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was great too, as u could walk to restaurants and shops as is was close to like the centre of city. Truly enjoyed this stay and will be coming back to this hotel !!!

Not really any complaints to be honest.

We loved this hotel. Exceeded out expectations. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms very clean. Breakfast fantastic 😋 Great position for exploring the city. We will be back.

Would like a slightly bigger room next time. 🤔 As English people it took us a minute to realise we needed to look for the second Duvet. Gave us all a giggle over a drink!

The architecture of Elite hotels is always great: old, solid buildings with looks and history. Great breakfast too, as always. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

The room was quite cold when I got in, which was not so nice because I had some fever when getting there. But opening the thermostat to maximum solved that issue :)

Great location in the center of Västerås, good distance to walk down to the harbour and restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast, good choice of items. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds and tv channels in the rooms. Mini bar with drinks etc. The hotel had left a floor standing fan in the room, much needed during the night.

Really bad smell from the shower drain, needs severe cleaning in the pipes. Not much of a food choice in the hotel, think they only have the pub as a restaurant. Abit noisy cause the hotel is the center of town, but it was a Friday night so no issue for us.

The vibe of the hotel is really good, we were really happy and relaxed as soon as we came. The rooms are spatious, the staff is really nice and happy to help. The location is GREAT. The breakfast has various foods that are excellent. Would recommend.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

This is always the best choice for Vasteras. Central, clean, extra spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, green policy. There's a gym and a sauna (to be booked). They even allow you to choose your favourite kind of pillow.

There's nothing I don't like. I think the breakfast can be a bit better, it would benefit greatly from even just one/two waffle machines or something similar. But there's anyways a lot of stuff, salty and sweet.

The decor at the reception was pretty. The room had the necessary things. The bathrom also has all the necessary things.

I would like more temperature control in the room. There was snow and the radiator was not enough to have a decent amount of heating. The room was medium sized. At that price, I have lived in rooms with a little more walk space. The room was not too small, but the tables and chairs ate up quite a lot of space. Not bad for a single peron but it would be difficult if there were two people walking.

the staff were all very helpful and friendly. the double room was comfortable and with a very nice view out on a courtyard and cathedral. they lent us bikes which was fun and there was no extra charge. the breakfast is excellent and parking provided was very useful.

just be aware that there is a cooling system in the bedrooms but not a full blown modern air-condition unit. fine if you keep the bedroom window closed all the time.
