Good location and great breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Pictures of rooms are a bit misleading. Everything is a bit old and in photos it looks very new and fancy.

Great location in the centre, but feels very cosy and personal unlike the larger hotels. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and def value for money. The team behind reception and bar are wonderful and that makes a huge difference. Very personal, helpful and friendly which adds to the cosiness of the place. The breakfast is wonderful too. When I go back to Västerås, Arkad would def be my first choice.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is perfectly located close to the center, making it easy to explore the area. The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always welcoming and ready to assist with any request. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my experience unforgettable

Good location, modern and clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel is not part of a big hotel chain, independent. Comfortable bed and a desk. I enjoyee the generous breakfast. Good price for the room!

I liked most of it. It didnt have elevator, but no broblen in low building. Bathroom got wet after shower, not fully covered

The location of the hotel is great, close to the train station and the city centre. The lobby area is very nice, although it gets quite crowded during breakfast. Breakfast buffet is great, lots of food to choose from. The staff is super friendly and always smiling :-)

Our bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower area - there was mould on the floor and the walls.

A bit ruff exterior got me worried at arrival. But very cosy inside with a living room feeling. And the room was spacious for a family of three. The breakfast was good, but a bit crowded when we entered. We needed to wait for a while to get a table and some food was missing. But the staff had the courage to ask those who had already finished their breakfast to leave. Great!

Very courteous staff. Breakfast was fresh and generous withouth being overwhelming. The lobby and breakfast room felt very cosy, like in a living room.

I had to wait until 6.30 (that's the time breakfast starts) before I could get into the lobby. I would have like the choice of coming down a few early to sit on the sofas and wait instead of stading outside until the doors are unlocked. The shower head was not properly fixed and the shower cubicle was very small.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access various attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Cosy ambience, very comfortable rooms, soft bed, rich breakfast. Good location, very close to the center. Nice and welcoming personal.

That wasn't a problem for me, but sound isolation could be better and I didn't see air-conditioning device in the room.

Comfy bed, good shower, excellent breakfast. Clean, easy parking, and close to the town centre. Room was also spacious and light with windows that open.

Could maybe do with better blinds to keep out light in early morning- didn't bother me, but some may not like this.
