Location is perfect. The hotel was quiet, the beds are comfortable. Room and bathroom were clear. Enough place for clothes. There is a loundry in hotel with washmachine and dryer, can be used for free. Check in at Hotel Plaza (few minutes walk), receptionists are always helpful and kind. It was our 3. visit in Västerås, stayd always at this hotel.

Windows could be opened only very narrow, just a small part. During our 1-2. stay in the hotel I suffered from this, but this time when I mentioned my problem at reception (Hotel Plaza), they arranged a bigger room for us, with balcony…with fresh air… for no extra costs. I appriciated it very much.

everything was fine, thank you a suggestion only - maybe a medium sized display over the phone in the lobby, activated only when one enters the space, rolling the messages currently printed out could be put in the hallway to make them visible without needing to take out one's spectacles :)

In the heart of the city center, nearby restaurants/shops/train station. I particularly liked how the simplicity of the hotel makes it environmentally sustainable. Staff was very helpful.

There was a heater for the bathroom towels, great idea in winter (and great to dry clothes), but I didn't see how to switch it off and I was concerned for the energy consumption.

Rate change, we asked to extend the stay for more nights, but the room rate has changed a lot. In my country, as well as other countries I've been to, we have a fixed rate of stay

No breakfast at the hotel but a short walk to the BW Plaza - and breakfast could be had there (not included in room rate). Check in was also at the BW Plaza but easy to find from there and directions were provided. Perfectly functional. There is a coffee machine downstairs and basic tea/coffee services are available in the room.

Nice affordable hotel close to the train station - easy to access, the check-in is in the neighboring hotel. Overall very good value for the price. Wish I knew about the sauna access for guests!

There was some noise from the neighboring rooms and from upstairs. Nothing too disturbing though.

Very well located Hotel. It's close to downtown, close to supermarkets, cinemas, restaurant areas, etc. Price aligned with services and quality. Perfect for business trips

Unfortunately breakfast it's not included, maybe a brief one might be great and not only a coffee machine or vending machine

Location of hotel was pretty good, easily accessible and close to the city center. The hotel and room itself were clean and pleasant to stay at. It was also pretty calm and not noisy which is a good plus.

The check in process was not well organized, when I came to the property there was information that I need to go to a totally different location for completing check in, it was not explained before arrival and it is not a good experience to find out about it upon arrival.

Overall it was a really nice stay. Nothing super exceptional, but nothing bad either. Good location. Close to the train station and grocery stores.

Minor inconvenience because we didn't realize we had to go to a different location to check-in. This was our mistake though as it was stated in the check-in information. The lady at the reception desk was very cheery and helpful. (The mistake must happen a lot.)

There was a little confusion with the rooms and bed types but other than that it was a great stay. Located just off the main square this hotel has easy and stress free access to the entire town. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. There is no staff at this location and is operated by the Best Western down the street. There is a large kitchen area with seating for all. Kitchen utensils, plates, forks, knives etc... it is fantastic for meeting with friends and family for a do it yourself get together. There is also a lounge area that is excellent for casual conversations. Free coffee 24/7 If you do fine without a fully staffed hotel you'll have fantastic stay. If you like being pampered then this one is not for you.
