Very good location in the middle.of the shopping centre in vasteras. Our door cards stopped working on the Sunday night but problem sorted quickly and very helpful lady stayed on the phone to me until I had in my possession a spare card and was in our room and happy with the situation.

There was a small dog in the room next door on the Saturday morning and it constantly yapped and howled for about an hour, we assume the owner had gone for breakfast. They must have moved out that day as we did not hear it again. Thank god 😳😁

The location is excellent. The breakfast was nice. The beds were really soft and the room was clean.

The general cleanliness could have been a bit better. For example, the corridor outside our room had a tissue on the floor for the whole weekend that didn’t get picked up and the cleaning trolley was there all weekend with an open bin in it.

The personnel asked me to pay the parking twice, which I did because at that moment I did not find the reseat of the first payment. In addition while checking out they did not mention this, but send a message a little later. This made us to drive back yo the hotel.

This hotel met all my needs for an overnight stay. Clean and practical, with a good breakfast and tea and coffee also available to help yourself to at any time of the day or night. The staff are very professional and helpful. It is located right in the city only a stone's throw from the best pubs and all the bus routes. The railway station is just 10 minutes' walk away.

Good location with convenient public parking across the street. Nice staff. There is an excellent french restaurant at the corner from the hotel. We had a good breakfast buffet.

The only thing that was a problem but out of the hotel's control is that there were some late night partying down in the street below our window. There is a Subway that is open late. It was a Saturday night so I doubt this would be an issue every night.

What a lovely place to stay, located in the middle (Central) of Vasteras. The owner and staff were a pleasure to chat with and offered great recommendations during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the morning breakfast was a great addition.

It was good. Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and confortable.

The front of the hotel needs to be worked on. Form the outside one could not really see that this is a fine hotel

+ breakfast full of food, choices, comfortable bed in the room, ability to use kitchen after breakfast time is finished. + friendly, helpful administrator. + in the city centre,close to restaurants, 15min by walking from Malardalens University.

- we arrived by car and did not receive a pin code to enter the parking slot. We had to come to reception at first and then we received a code to enter the hotel's parking. - parking is for extra fee, about 9eur/day

Middle of the centrum and close to everything. The room were big and the chocolate on the bed was a nice detail. The buffet breakfast was colorful with lots of different things and delicious. Calm environment and nice staff.

The wifi didn’t reach too far in the hotel so it disconnected all the time.

In the centre, all shops near awalking distance from train station. 2 rooms for 3beds, not everyone in the same room. Very nice breaifast in beautiful decorated dining room. Helpful personel, specially young girl Magda

the windows didn`t open properly, to get some fresh air. There is`nt air-condition as we intent it in South Europe, the one you turn on and off yourself. So if the weather gets hot it`ll be difficult.
