Our room was very nice with a lovely view, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The staff are very helpful

The restaurant menu is quite limited, although we found out that we could have pre-ordered a 3 course dinner 2 days in advance. The food that we did eat was tasty, though.

Good location, tasty food in the Terrace restaurant. Private parking, spacious rooms with good showers.

We booked a twin room, but were given a double room.

Single beds were joined and unable to be split. Upper mattresses made with plastic, not as comfortable as normal matresses.

Rather decent value. Nice breakfast. Comfortable, firm beds.

A rather basic but functional hotel. Rather small room where the breakfast was served, felt a little too close to other people now during COVID19 (although restrictions have been lifted).

Quaint location on the lake. Reasonably priced. Food quite nice.

Small, unimaginative room. Poor quality sheets. The staff members were great in general (especially one man who is originally from Finland) but there was one lady in particular (the one with blonde and green hair) who was extremely rude and unhelpful on several occasions.

the floor of our room had a 2cm cut. There was only one coat hook for two person. we would have appreciated a hot buffet dinner not a luke warm. The receptionist recognized us after a few minutes. A smile or an other sign of recognition would have been nice.
