A wonderful cosy stay in a small town of Köping. The Hotel/Hostel is exactly in the station building. The lady was so kind and caring, she was willing to go extra mile to help the guests.

Was good. The only things i thought anput was the trains going by, men de va en upplevelse så helt ok.!

Close to town, free parking, breakfast, great service.

The breakfast could have been better. Got a sandwich, a boiled egg, some juice and yoghurt. For example there was no more cornflakes and such left, that one could put into the yoghurt. For a very similar price point I have experienced way better breakfasts in Köping. As breakfast is important part of an experience for me this affects the value for money a lot.

Although not used myself; it has a big kitchen. The bed is good. Caring for my lactose intolerance with the breakfast was nice. Location is perfect for someone like me coming by train.

You can't call this a hotel, it is a hostel (1 shower with 5 rooms, hostels do even tend to have more most of the time). It has potentional and in the basis could be good, but is totally mismanaged. One of the worst i stayed in the last 20 years on this matter. Before arrival: mailed them 3 times, only the 3rd time they responded. On the arrival; no one answers when ringing at the door. So I called; "YOU DIDN'T CALL US FOR YOUR TIME TODAY!" 1) you don't blame and get mad at your customer on the first encounter 2) I already gave my time of arrival a month ago with the reservation. So they/she would meet at the waiting room of the station. Waited for almost an hour. Nobody came. Asked the lady of the kiosk, who passed me by like 5 times; Do you know something about the hotel? "Yes, you called me...." why did you leave me waiting if i'm almost the only person in the waiting room? Then i entered the room; very hot. Why? They had closed the windows with the curtains open, instead of close the curtains with the windows open... Next up: electrical sockets; where do you put your furniture when you have 3 sockets? The bureau for one socket, the closet for the next...leaving only one left to use. Next up; towels. According to the reservation towels were included. No towels found. Finally got them with a fellow guest who entered an area where we probably weren't supposed to go, but the texts where only in swedish. Next up: Shampoo. Two big shampoo bottles in the shower.....empty. Next up: Second breakfast; "Do you want to have the same breakfast as yesterday." "yes please...."but this time i didn't get water or orange juice....probably forgot this.... Only been here two days but could write a book on the improvements that are possible....hopefully this gets read and helps improve the service. :)
