Location great, breakfast ok.

Only one pillow per person, a bit too little in a warm room without AC. We booked this hotel because they have flipper games which my 5 year old sun wanted to play (played on last visit). This time they were unavailable until 11 AM to not "disturb the lunch guests", so my son was disappointed to not being able to play anything.

We liked the location and the nice view from the room over the water to the church. Room was big with comfortable beds. Kind and professional staff and very tasty breakfast. We parked in the Parking House Gallerian (hotel parking was full), which is three minutes walking from the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were also very friendly. It is in a good location and the room has a great view.

Maybe including some amenities like dental kit, slippers, moisturisers can be good. They just had soap.

The fantastic staff at the front desk. Always helpful, positive and super truper friendly. Room size and view.

I wish the rooms were equipped with water kettles for coffee ☕️.

Location is really good, near town and rail station. Breakfast really good and a lot of things in menu to choose. Also really big plus for room for kids, where my kid could spent some rainy day and play.

Everything was very good especially the staff very helpful people and the breakfast was fresh

the only thing is I heard noise from other rooms sometimes at night

The receptionist that did our check in at 10pm was very kind and helped us with a detail to make our stay more pleasant, also the receptionist that did our check out was very kind. The nice view from the room over the river. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

The pillows were small and too soft and there were no extra pillows, just one per person

The breakfast was great. Everything was well placed and clean. Thank you for a delicious start to our day.

We could have used more pillows. We were two adults and one small child but we only had two pillows and two blankets. We probably could have asked for more but we didn’t think of it. Not all guests are loud and pushy 😊

Location was great - very easy to find and central. Breakfast offered a wide choice and good quality. The room was comfortable and clean. Also liked the eco credentials, in that the room wasn’t cleaned daily.
