Stayed 4nights,booked 2 rooms. Like the location,clean room&bathroom, good location for shopping in pratunam area,face and toilet tissue provided,only 1 elevator but worked well during my stay.got late check out for 30mins before our evening flight.lots of foods and snacks around the hotel. 7-11 is 3mins walking.

Deposit 1000baht per room,additional charge for payment with CC,no parking for taxi pick up hv to go outside main street to get taxi,wifi in room 407 didnt work well,room 405 ok,sometimes had to relogged in even though we saved it before. Towels in 407 on the first day were looked worn.they replaced it anyway.no telephone,no safe deposit box & fridge in the room.tv channels only thai movies.

Location is in the heart of shopping area. Pratunam market, platinum mall and tofu skincare are accessible by walk. Lots of eateries nearby. Halal food behind food court nearby. And Maedah restaurant is approximately 100m from hotel. Hot water in bathroom works perfectly fine. Although located in busy area, you can still sleep well without any noise. They clean the room every day.

Car/grab/taxi is difficult to reach the hotel due to food street around. Bed is quite hard.

It's very clean, and the bed was excellent; slept well for two nights. Phone had wifi, but not our laptop for some reasons. I am sure the staff would help, but did not ask since it was week end. There was no safe-box for our laptop, it was a big draw back for me. Loved the place, and many thanks to staffs; they welcome us with a big smile.

If came back to this area, would look in this place again.

we live at sleepstation 2, so we have to walk to sleepstation 1, it's good that every room has a phone that's easy to call, no need to walk to sleepstation 1 receptionist.

When I first saw this place I was skeptical since there were some reviews of roaches, weed/sewage odour, molds, loud music etc.. but I decided to book here anyways since I'm all out of options. Room 605, 40$ a night. Pretty steep. All the bad things I could list are: Lack of face towel (you only get one body towel. One trashcan only (in the bathroom) Lacks sound dampening between the room and the hall. Odour in the bathroom lingers for a while (weak exhaust fan) My room got a broken clothes hanger in the bathroom That's it really, everything else is perfect. Better than any hotels in pratunam at this price point.

The location of this place is absolutely ideal, situated right in the heart of Pratunam Market. It offers incredible convenience for both shopping and dining, with numerous famous and popular food stalls just a short walk away. There's no need to worry about finding food or venturing out by car—simply stroll to any of the nearby restaurants, as there are plenty to choose from. Additionally, there are many massage parlors in the vicinity, making it even more convenient to relax and unwind.

What I didn’t like is that the main advantage also becomes a drawback—it’s quite noisy at night, and the sounds can be disruptive. Additionally, cars cannot access or stop directly at the hotel due to the narrow road, so guests need to walk a certain distance as directed by the driver.

Heavy traffic in front of the hotel most of the time, causing difficulties in transportation- Grab cars would not be able to send or pick you up right in front of the hotel but will drop or pick you at the main junction near to the hotel.

- Staff are really helpful and friendly, I enjoyed all my interactions with them. - The hotel is located in a very good location. We were able to access really good local food, night market and the weekend market easily. - Despite being a small hotel, they clean our rooms and replace the towel and water bottles every day. - There is a small luggage shop conveniently located just outside building 2 so you don't have to carry a luggage back from Platinum Mall. And there is a 7-eleven on the opposite side of the road.

- The bed is quite hard. - Sound proofing needs improvement. The light from the hallway leaks into the room, and we can hear the other occupants' alarm clock / drying hair at night. - I am quite afraid of insects myself, and did notice there were ants and flies in the room.

The property has a great location. You don’t need to worry because it’s very accessible to all. If you need to eat, you can go down and find restaurants. Malls are near the hotel too. The room is clean and space is enough for 2 people. Staffs are kind too.

Please don’t expect that it’s going to be quiet and peaceful, as you can easily hear your neighbors and the noise from the outside. But that’s not really a big concern for us.

The cleanliness of the room was very good. The cleaners came every day to clean our room and give us new bottles of water and coffee sachets. The hotel is also a short walking from Pratanum night market, Platinum mall and various bus stops making it very accessible and close to tourist attractions.

The room could be a bit bigger or more spacious. But honestly for the price you’re paying it’s only a minor complaint.
