the staff were really friendly and respectful. hotel is located close to halal restaurants which was just awesome! As well as central to all the Malls n shopping areas. loved it! Room was spacious too!

had some stuff/rubbish fallen on the ground under a desk which was quite visible but it did not get picked up by the staff who cleaned the room. Even the bed was not neatly made up. Otherwise ok

The property was worth the stay. Comfortable bed and large window view was the best. My room my deluxe double room. Tv bathroom mini refrigerator was normal.

I am surprised to see after a long hectic international travel not to receive toiletries like toothbrush toothpaste soap etc. and a funny smell occurs from the bathroom from the beginning as soon as we entered room like drainage. Apart from that rest is good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for 6 days and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. They were all extremely well-mannered, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to relax and unwind after a long day. But what really made my stay stand out was the hotel's excellent location. It was close to all the major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to family and friends. In fact, I'm already planning my next stay here! The staff, amenities, location all combined to make for an unforgettable experience.

Nice large room with comfortable bed. Checked in around 1AM in the morning and that was a breeze. Nice breakfast spread. Very tasty 😋

The sink drain had an issue and had to wait a couple of hours to sort it out. The shower cubicle can be cleaner. But not so bad They take a 2000 Baht deposit on checking in to the hotel. This needs to be in CASH. I think it would have been good to give a warning early on this.

Definitely got to start this with the friendly and welcoming staff, i cannot recall a time i entered the hotel without being greeted with a sincere wide smile. From the bellboy to the receptionist and even the restaurant staffs! The room is great, a standard size for bkk hotel, but has everything it needs and definitely value for money. Having extra pillows in the room is fabulous for me cause i have insomnia and needs multiple pillows to sleep. Breakfast have good variety for the setup, food taste great. Do try their non breakfast menu, food's delicious too! Love their dried beef and they do have room service so ask if you need! Location is awesome, MANY massage shops around, walking distance to a night market, several cafes and restaurants within 5mins walk and convenience store is just opposite. Tuktuk and taxis are easily available at doorstep. Walkable to the shopping district platinum area too, but given the weather, just take a taxi it's not expensive! Special shout-out to Arty for his sincere awesome service! Loves how he always check in to make sure everything is perfect for us. There was this once i walked into the restaurant and he run in to make sure i am attended to! Saw him heave a sigh of relief and walked out when he saw the restaurant staff attending to me. That's really sweet of him! Definitely my new favorite bkk hotel and will be back again!

Everything's great! If i have to nit-pick, there's no bathrobe and i don't remember seeing info about room service in the room. But it's really no big issues and we had an awesome stay anyways!

Hi, The property is perfect to stay , only issue was the WIFI connections in bedrooms on 10th floor very bad no connection at all, this shall be correct soon . Also as i have book through my Credit Card on Booking.com and payment was made by same card Hotel charge me and additional 3 % on my total bill which i think shall be advise well before .

Breakfast was a good selection. But hot meals were poorly done by cooks! Staff in reception n restaurant were excellent n friendly . Very courteous n helpful.bellhop n security needs english lessons n more knowledge on bus services n attractions!

The surrounding area is dangerous due to heavy traffic congestion with little walkway or no walkway at all. It is a hazard to walk around the hotel area market.

Hotel room was spacious. Facility was ok, hotel staffs were all so friendly and helpful. This time stay is my 2nd time in a year. I think I may need to stay once more this year.

Breakfast was ok, taste also not bad. But maybe better to add more variety and halal foods choice for moslem guests.

The location and staff checked in us early and we had a few hours to lay down before starting our business in the city. Thanks to the supportive staff. The breakfast was normal and included everything starting from croissants to hot meals.

When booking Have option to select the King Bed, but on the day of check-in, just notify via an email for extra pay. I think shall be showed to customers all the prices when booking.
