The breakfast is good. But same menu evryday… the location is what I love in this hotel.. I stayed here 4 times already.. If you want cheap hotel with good location near to pratunam market and can walk going to platinum mall, cebtral world and big c.. and there is also super rich money changer in big c so you dont need to line up in the airport basement if you want to change your money.. exchange rate is good.

First the price is really good specially if you’re under budget, bonus are the staffs specially the front office manager Mr ( bald guy) and the door guy i think his name was Kong, they always kind, nice, helpful and accommodating. Proximity to everything is just a bonus.

The guy staff in the cafe was a little rude for many time we dine there it has been his attitude

Good location near Pratunam market and tourist streets, loads of clothes/wide variety of restaurants, budget clothes etc shops, money changers, massage etc within a few blocks. Close to Phaya Thai station and Virak Buntham bus (from Cambodia). Pleasant, informative staff, onsite massage, and a hotel drop off service to local spots (saved a few blocks walking to Phaya Thai with bags in the middle of the day). Bed was comfortable, not the hard style. Quiet, efficient aircon, small fridge/kettle in room and a small desk.

Breakfast was a bit sparse eg no milk available for coffee, little variety. Asian style with soup, noodles. I just had the fried eggs and a bit of fruit. The lift works but feels a bit jerky and clunky! I didn't use the wifi as it seemed to require a login that didn't offer itself/I don't trust them. I'd just arrived in Thailand and went out and found a cheap SIM with plenty of data

Comfortable room. Close to Platinum centre, market and cafes/restaurants. Easy walk from Phaya Thai stations. Continental breakfast okay.. Staying again in 2 weeks

I had notified (thru booking.com) that I would be arriving mid-morning, which was acknowledged (and I accept that arrivals are supposed to be from 2pm) but had to wait about an hour for a room to become available. Needed to call staff to open safe as previous occupant had locked it before they left.

It was all a good experience that we had at the hotel. From the check in till the check out, the front office staff was very helpful. Buffet was very tasty as well as had both western and Chinese cuisine.

Room cleaning everyday, free drinking water everyday, walking distance to the night market and shopping area.

elevator is small. can fit 4 people only. If with luggage, can fit 3 or 2 people only

We are a regular of this hotel. Staffs are nice from front desk to housekeeping, location wise is good, rooms are clean and daily housekeeping is provided which is my main consideration. Value for money.

They only provide 1 pillow and 1 key.

Second stay at My Hotel in 2 weeks. Room very compact, but more than adequate. Close to Airport train link, night market and shopping centres. Facilities clean and well lite. Also handy to Virak Buntham/TravelMart minivan service to Battambang

Room safe was not open so that I could reset combintation.
