The environment, cleanliness, location, and friendly staff

The bathroom water pressure wasn't enough.... And also not stable about the water heater system, the hot water supply wasn't consistent, keep on interrupted... On-off-on-off And also the hand wash basins.... Water-tap is too short! So every time when wash hand, it have to stick to the basins edge and water flirt all around, wet all around and not convenient

The property is in good location, near the pratunam market but this area is quiet which is a good thing for us because we prefer quiet. Arriving at the hotel, they were friendly, helpful and suay. We left our baggages on the lobby for late check-in(near midnight). I have to note that there are stairs from the street going down to the hotel lobby. Nearby cafe, restaurant and thai massages. The room size is good and I’m glad they can accommodate an extra bed in one of our rooms. Bathrooms are clean and an option to clean daily. They were very accommodating to us even on our check out date, I was sick at the time, not able to accommodate our group properly, so we ended late, in a hurry to catch our flight and they were quick to check our rooms and assist in our luggages. I felt bad that we forgot to extend gratitudes that day.

In my honest opinion (just my preference): bath towels can be improved and maybe at the time the I feel the room floors were not clean it had crumbs and food smell 😅. My parents room experienced bathroom smell.

sewer in toilet smell all the room, i must close toilet door and cover it by plastic bag. I hope hotel staff will fix it soon

I really enjoyed my stay here, location was great, walking distance from Phaya Thai station and very close to the busy areas around the shopping centres with loads of restaurants around. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful which I really appreciate as someone who works with customers, very kind and welcoming. I will try to stay here again next time I come to Bangkok and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is lovely, it's only small, perfect if you just want to use your hotel to sleep. The bed was comfortable, very comfortable compared to Thai standards for the price and was in a central location, a good 10 minute walk from the BST. Room was small but clean and didn't lack anything.

The area is not traditional Thai, it's an Indian area which does not have local Bangkok vibes. Pratunam market was disappointing. Very touristy as well.

i like how the hotel was located near at the pratunam market and 7eleven. the receptionists, and the cleaning service ladies are all very lovely. the room was clean and neat.

i dont like how they put the aircon right upon our bedroom. it should be better located near the entrance so the airflow dont goes directly to our forehead when we sleep. beside, they dont provide toothbrush :( , and sleepers and laundry bag .. and the hairdyer is so small that i need 30 mins to dry my haitlr

The location is great and the overall hotel is really clean and nice. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.Would definitely stay again as everything was nice.

Nothing really as everything was fine . Maybe they could start breakfast as this would add to its already nice attributes. Overall nothing at all to complain about.

The location is super near to the pratunm morning market and of course, there is a lot of massage parlor nearby. What i love about the hotel are all the staff is really helpful and super nice. Especially the lady from the cleaning service, there is no day without her saying 'good morning and have a great day mam' a simple gesture but that thing is giving this hotel an excellent service. I will definitely will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok. Hence i already made another booking for my next trip next june. So see you again soon.
