We got the junior family deluxe and it was perfect for our group of 6 people. The room was designed in a way that allowed each person to have some personal space but also had a sufficiently big communal space for group hang outs. There was also a projector and speaker which we really enjoyed! The staff was extremely friendly and provided us with recommendations when we asked about food :) Good location, walking distance from a morning market, food, a few 7-11 outlets and massage places. Beds were very comfortable and showering soap was provided.

The room floor felt dirty and our feet turned black relatively quickly. But upon request, they happily provided us with room slippers. Would be good if basic utensils such as teaspoon or chopsticks could be provided in the room. The lift is small and slow, fitting a maximum of four people if you squeeze. If you have a big group, be prepared to take the stairs or take ~12mins to get the whole group from lobby to upstairs.

Proximity to the malls* was a huge plus. The room cut was big and there was mire than enough soace to fit 3 giels along with their luggage and shopping. The staff were friendly and the location was very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long say outside. It was within walking distanxe as well to a 711 and a night food market. Would definitely book again.

Nothing to dislike!

The room is spacious for 4 of us with 2 double bed, but feels like king-sized and a couch.It's like you stay in a studio. The best of all is there's hose in the toilet which you can rarely find everywhere in Bangkok. Aircond works well and there's netflix too on the TV. There's also a small fridge for you to store you drinks or foods. Cleanliness is undoubtedly top-notch. The location is quite near to Pratunam night market, Platinum Mall and 7E. All are just a distance away and you can just walk.

The room is located at 6th floor. The lift is a bit slow and too small with only 2 persons at a time if you come with luggages each. There's no iron in the room, but you can request from the receptionist. Make sure to do it before 9pm as there will be no one available at recept after that.

Our boys would have liked to be able to lock shower and toilet Clean towels after 2 days would be really nice as we were using them at least twice per day - having said that, we did not ask, and I'm sure the staff would have tried to help with any issue we had.

It was an amazing stay as everything was just walking distance. Nearby convenient store, malls, night market and even cafes

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. However, there were no facilities available just a place to sleep. The elevator was very small and extremely slow, which was quite inconvenient. If you only need a clean bed for the night, this place is okay, but don’t expect any extras.

Excellent stay, makes you want to extend. Very comfortable and large bed, clean room and wiped floors, clean sheets and towels, large bathroom, updated furniture, large balcony with dry stand. Welcoming lobby. Walking distance to gate. Scooter rental less than a minute away (300 baht). Restaurants and cafes next door. Would stay here every time and for long periods.

It was perfect for a group of friends, 6 people maximum. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The room we stayed in had 2 toilets and 2 baths, so we didn’t have to wait for a long time to get ready.

No buggy service to the main road but plenty of tuk tuk available in the area. We got woken up by the construction noises every mornings… sound proofing can be improved.

The location of the hotel is near perfect. It's within walking distance of Pratunam Market, platinum, Siam Center, and Big C. The staff in the hotel was amazing. All praise goes to the team there. They all deserve a raise or a bonus. They also have a washing machine (no dryer) on the 6th floor with only 50 baht per wash. You can hang the clothes in the room in the morning, and by night, they all dried up (open the window - Bangkok is hot and dry)

The lift. omg. the lift was so small they barely fit three adults with 3 medium suitcase.

Location, cleanliness, beds were comfortable and room was big. The lobby was also nice and offered free drinking water.

It was being renovated a bit when we arrived so smell of paint and construction was evident. bathroom did not have partition betwen shower and toilet so can improve on that and no cleaning service available daily.
