the stair, i had difficulty breathing bec we are in 5th floor no escalator or elevator

1. I was exceptionally lucky: the guest in the room next door was alone and very quiet. Otherwise, the walls don't go up to the ceiling, so this hotel definitely is for exceptionnally quiet people. 2. They let you leave your luggage for a day, for a week, even for a month... For a fee, of course. 3. It is even possible to come to take a shower (for a fee) even if you are not staying the night. 4. There is a fridge you can use as well as a microwave, plates and cutlery, so you can reheat your meal and eat in the kitchen or at the table in front of the hotel. Very convenient!

1. The walls of the rooms don't go up to the ceiling, so if there is talking next door or if the guest next door is otherwise not quiet, you will hear everything. 2. Be ready that there is not lift, only stairs. Personally, I didn't mind, but I know it may be a problem for some people.

The night shift guy was very helpful. There was a lady next to my room and she did put her phone call on speaker which is against the hostel guidelines. You can hear everything as the ceilings are open on the top between rooms. The night shift guy talked to her and was very nice and helpful. Thanks.

Everything is clean and staff are very nice and Kitti works very hard to make sure everyone feels ar home! Thanks and ill be back! ☺️

Great location, warm staff especially during the holidays. Offered to upgrade my room since I was staying for more than a week. Housekeeping of communal areas are frequent.

For individual one bed rooms in an area, note that the ceiling at the very top is open so can hear your neighbours if they are loud. But still offers privacy.

The place is very convenient to city center,it’s near by the BYS(chit lom),and the hostel is very safe!

Sometimes when guests in other rooms in the same floor makes noises, it’s very hard to rest specially at late night.
