The property was good and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, walking distance to nice food, 7-11 and shopping area.

the card reader somehow didnt work and the staff that was mending the front desk at that time was quite rude abt it. we had no choice but to pay for our trip by cash upfront which was quite unfortunate but would have been less of a shock should they have handled it better :/

The location is good. The hotel design looks simple but aesthetic. And the price is super reasonable.

Nothing much. Just it would be better if they have proper iron with ironing board and also a mirror in the room (not just in the bathroom). Others are great.

WiFi sometime got connection problem. There's renovation noise from other side after 8am, but it's ok. A bit far from BTS and airport rail station

Walking distance ard 2-3mins to pratunam market. The location was good, many massages centre nearby. They offering luggage weighing at lobby.
