It was convenient, near the Malls and the BTS, though we didn't get to experience riding the BTS train. The souvenir shop that they sell saves us some time especially on our last day where we need to buy some gifts and Souvenirs :)

They don't have Microwave. It would be a nice amenities if there is one in each room so guests will be able to eat their take out food.

Good location, very close to markets and malls. Central World, Big C, Platinum Mall, are in walkable distance. The rooms are very clean, strong wifi, cold AC. Helpful staff. They also give us 2 keycards for each room so each person can have their own keycard.

This is my second time staying here, and it continues to exceed all expectations. The real standout for me is Uncle Ting, the owner. His hospitality is unmatched, he goes out of his way to ensure that every guest feels at home. He’s incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. All salute to him for making this place truly special! The staff here is also amazing, always friendly and ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Pratunam, so you're close to all the shopping and attractions. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day in bustling Bangkok. The hotel is in the heart of Pratunam Market. 400 meters and you in Indra Mall and all the Pratunam side streets and alleys. Location is excellent and within 800 meters of Platinum and Krung Thong Plaza. It is just perfect if you want to do shopping in Bangkok. The BTS station is 500meters away is the ARL line(straight to the Airport), and you can change to the other lines with ease. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist with whatever we needed. I liked the fact that the reception area had a lot of Thailand gifts at extremely reasonable prices and you could pay at the reception with your card for these . there are loads of street food and restaurants around the hotel and because it is Pratunam, clothing and shoes in abundance as well as toys and whatever else you need. I will definitely be back because I cannot list all the advantages of staying in this location.

This hotel has an excellent location. There is a massage place right next door💖 and just a short walk away you’ll find a big7-11 store. The MRT station is also very close. Although it’s inside Pratunam, grab cars can easily access the entrance, which is really great💕 The staff here are very friendly and attentive❤️I really appreciate their service 👍🏻. Due to a flight delay, I had to book an extra night, and the staff kindly arranged it so I didn’t have to change rooms in between🥰💖 They even allowed my friend to check in early！ I truly enjoyed my stay here. Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtfulness and excellent service!

One small issue was with the water heater—it was hard to adjust to a comfortable warm temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, which was a bit inconvenient for showering at night or in the early morning. I hope the hotel can look into fixing this.

This hotel is located at a very strategic spot, close by to many massage parlours, streetfood stalls and most importantly within walking distance to Phaya Thai BTS station. The hotel offers to store your bags prior to check-in and after check-out, so that we don't have to be carrying our luggage with us and can be free for sightseeing / activities. The counter staff are helpful to lend us universal adaptors as we forgot to bring them.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. There is a hairdryer provided in the room, but no iron / laundry services in the hotel. The space in the room was abit cramped but managable for just 2 ppl.

I like that it was convenient to establishments like 7/11, massage/spa, cafe, market, laundry, to almost anything. Just do not be fussy about doing long walks because you an enjoy anything, anywhere.

I hope that they could have a security personnel next time as literally anyone can enter the establishment. The bed was comfortable and big, AC is working great but the room is a bit small especially if you are two persons both bringing a big luggage.

Very Accessible to tourist locations such the Pratunam Night Marker, Platinum Mall, Big C, Central World, and Siam Mall. Massage places is just around the corner. 711 is very close as well. Staff and the owner is super nice and they also have souvenirs available in the lobby for a great price lower than you can find in the market.

I wish the room has a cabinet where we can put our luggages and clothes.

We chose this hotel because it was both near the airport train terminal and also a block from where we had booked a minivan to Battambang, Cambodia. It was perfect for recovering from a 16-hour flight before continuing onward. The neighborhood was interesting and had many food options.

Nothing comes to mind. A shuttle from the airport train station would have been nice, but it was only a couple of blocks walk. A bit hard to find, because of narrow and dead-end streets.

It's a convenient place, just next to pratunam market and with alot of shop & facilities nearby. Massage, 7-11, shopping , bar & bistro, alot of restaurant & street food just by walking distance. Just 5-10 mins away from bus station/ BTS. Also alot of taxi & tuk tuk around all the time!
