Never have we met such friendly & helpful staff. They went out of their way to take care of us. The room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed with a kettle and a large fridge. As we were put on the top floor and at the back of the hotel (at our request) away from the street it was very quiet. We were pretty much the only ones on the top floor. The location was good for our needs. The hotel is located with an easy walk to high end shopping and food if that's what you require. Lots of activities on the street with numerous massage parlors food stalls and a 7/11 right next door. Also there are laundry machines located on the ground floor which was very helpful.

The light in the bathroom was a little on the dim side but my wife said she liked it as it made her look better!

The staff were accommodating. The hotel is near the Platinum mall, Central world and Pratunam market. Walkable, less than 10 minutes walk to those places. The nearest train station from the hotel is the ratchaprarop station ( via airport railway link). Less than 10 minute walk. Ratchachewi station ( via Bangkok BTS) is a 1km walk from the hotel. Approximately 15minutes walk.

The walls are thin. I can hear the noise outside( when my neighbors closes their doors, and the noise of the tuktuks in the wee hours in the mornings).

2 mins walk to Pratunam market, 5 mins walk to Platinum mall, 7 mins walk to central world. Basically you’re in the center of Bangkok. Recommended

Nicely located and better priced than the rest of the area. Staff is quite polite, perhaps in an artificial way. Rooms are comfortable in general. Cleaning staff is very attentive. Coffee in the room and water bottles every day much appreciated. Allowed to checkin around 1130 which was very good after a long flight. Upon checkout you can leave your luggage for as you wish.

Upon arrival had to pay the full amount (that’s okay) however the hotel is not accepting Amex or debit cards so had to arrange payment for me and a colleague with other cards however that took some time. I found staff to be completely apathetic towards this, that’s why I wrote that politeness perhaps is artificial - minor detail but I found this behaviour lacking customer service (they could offer to wait some time or arrange it later). The rooms could use some rennovation, balcony is useless and the air condition quite noisy. Insulation can be improved - esp in the morning you could hear cleaning staff in the corridors.

I have been to Bangkok countless times and this was by far THE BEST hotel I have ever stayed at!!! The customer service was absolutely 10/10. All the staff were extremely nice, kind and ready to help. I travelled with my mum and two sisters. From the time we arrived, AE met us at the parking lot and helped us with our numerous bags. Check in was pleasant. The ambience of the hotel is really great especially the fresh welcoming smell of lemongrass tea every time you walk in the hotel. The nice cleaning lady always offered to take our pictures every morning outside:-) And on the last day we requested hotel airport transfer as we had so much luggage and AE got us a VIP van!! Lemontea hotel thank you and keep up the great service! I will definitely be a repeat customer 💝

Everything was perfect

Very clean room (housekeeping cleaned daily), comfy beds, helpful front desk staff, location the best, 7-11 and many massage shops just short walking distance, room size acceptable as we booked two family rooms. Just that we are on different floors as one floor only have one family room. Morning and night wholesale market just walking distance (can shop till you drop) and reachable by foot to Central World, Siam Paragon, Erawan Shrine, etc etc.

Hope the hotel can provide microwave to heat up food in the room instead of going down to the lobby.

Their staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is great!

Can hear ppl talking when walk through the room

This hotel is basic, theres no restaurand, gym nor pool. All you get is a small well designed room that is extremely spic and span. You have a smiling very helpfull english speaking staff. The room is clean, good crisp white cotton linens, good towels, pumped shampoo, body soap. Its on massage row (the good one not the naughty one) beside is a very b8g 7/eleven and lots of good small and big food shops and street food. Walking distance to SHOPPING MALLS platinum, paladium, central world, bic C and more . I am a PWD but I walked to all of them.

None this has been my hotel every year fot bout 10 years

Our family booked two rooms and stayed for five days at Lemon Tea Hotel. I really enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location, just a short walk from the city center, and with a 7-Eleven store right next door. The rooms, while small, were impeccably clean and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. Additionally, the front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice location. Public transit within walking range; 2 ARL stations plus BTS line. Arriving and departing travellers may prefer Phayathai station as you won't have to push through a very busy marketplace with bags. The tallest tower in Thailand, bayoke sky tower, is literally next turn. Spectacular views+ swedish table dinner. For shopping lovers Siam district is two BTS stations away, or ~600 walk straight Staff was great snd friendly; separate huge thanks for very early check-in; after overnight flight this saved our evening
