Good looking staff and helpful. Cleans Room. Just walk below than 1/2 an hour to the nearest attractions. 24hrs Tuk2 in front of the hotel waiting for customers 😅. Suggest to use grab car.

Their breakfast is very basic & similar everyday … and you have to walk to PRATUNAM market area to get breakfast ! No eating stalls around or alternatively you can get food from 7-11. It a bit of distance from BTS, may not suitable for family that have elderly as there will be 10mins walk from Phayathai BTS, no shelter and 1 part is no tarmac …

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near 7-11 once you exit from the alley, nearest BTS would be either Ratchathewi or Phayathai..though it's roughly about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.The Nearest shopping mall would be Platinum Fashion Mall which is a 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room is spacious enough for 2-3 people and everything is neat and clean.. there's also a bidet which was a plus point for me. The only downside would be that it's a little hard for taxi/grab driver to find the location as it's located in the narrow alley..but overall, highly recommended for solo travelers or short trip stay.

Hotel was close to shopping areas in pratunam. We only knew about shortcuts to the shopping areas only on our last day, but it was ok, a very good exercise for us anyway. 7/11 was only a few footsteps from the establishment, so we could replenish our foods, toileteries & etc, 24/7. There's a small balcony where you can hang your washed clothes outside, convenient for us, so no need to bring many clothes as you can always replenish them at Pratunam/Platinum/Krung Thong Mall/Plaza, :). Room was cleaned properly, amenties provided & A/C operating well.

Breakfast can be improved in terms of taste & selections. Our second room was not made yet upon us checking in but the staffs quickly change our room to a newly cleaned room, so it was great. Kudos for their immediate action. A bit of walk to-fro the nearest MRT station, but it could be due to we are taking the long road instead of the shortcuts, will make a point to ask the receptionist next time.

I got very nice room, last one with big windows and lots of light coming in which I liked. I think this hotel is in very good location in close proximity to all the main shopping malls in the area yet is located away from the main road and lots of noise.

I didn’t like the property couldn’t take the room payment directly from booking. I had to use a physical card which wasn’t convenient for me. I also didn’t like I got a call from the reception exactly at 12 at the time of my check out to remind me that I had to check out. I found it little impolite.

We needed a place close to the train station, and Spittze was great for that. The location was a little hard to find walking from the train station, but probably because it was dark. Rooms were nice and clean and they have family rooms, which were two rooms connected by a door, which was nice for a group. The view from the balcony was blocked by a stone wall, but what we could see over the wall was beautiful. The front staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend if you’re around the Phaya Thai area!

The location was great. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Platinum mall. Despite being in a touristy place, the streets are often quiet. Staff are also very friendly and helpful

Location was walking distance to the Pratunam Morning Market. Staff accidentally overcharged me and they called me back to return the extra money. I did not notice, but this was very honest of them. Room was okay, good for 1 pax.

Lighting could be better. Stated that I had a balcony - it was more of an outdoor area with a door. Mine was cramped as there was a pillar. I could squeeze to go out, but nothing for hanging anything to dry etc. My friend's room had no pillar, he could stand outside if he wanted to. Room doors and walls are a little thin - you can hear your neighbour ripping tape all night probably for their luggages. There are different entrances to the hotel - i think they are merged. Thought our room keycards didn't work but turns out the front desk staff forgot to inform us that we had to enter via another entrance. The lift is small, we found that taking the stairs was faster.

It is clean, strong wifi and the facility is good.

The hotel should inform the clients about keeping silence from 10pm as it is very noisy for those stay at the same floor or next door. I had a bad an experience with this noisy and interrupted my sleep. Hope this can be improved for my next stay.

The hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly n helpful. Hotel was central n near to Pratunam Morning n Night Market n also to Platinum Mall. Only a short walk to the nearest BTS Sky Train, Phaya Thai Station. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.
