The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller, but they are clean with all essentials. The pool was good enough for cooling after exploring the city. Very near to the BTS and Airport Link. The hotel has a tuktuk free of charge which can take you to and from the station if you have heavy luggage. We only stayed one night so only had small backpacks with us. Plenty of massage places in the neighborhood, a 7-eleven just at the corner, street food within several hundred meters. The hotel restaurant is OK.

Nothing to complain about for the price.

The location was very good, near to shopping malls and Train stations as well. We walked to most of the places like Pratunam market, Platinum mall, Bts station. There is free tuk tuk available as well to BTS and near Pratunam. They pick you up as well if you have done lots of shopping. They have a rooftop swimming pool as well which was very relaxing after a long day out.

The room was small but it was well put. The beds were slightly hard but not uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast could have been better. Overall loved it and will definitely book again.

Good value for its price. The location is also ideal for those who are eyeing to commute around Bangkok by train since their back gate is just a few meters from the Phaya Thai train station (be warned, you can definitely hear the trains from your rooms but it was never bothersome for us, we had a good night’s rest). Great choice if you want to avoid the traffic since the train is very accessible. They also have a pool but I didn’t get to go there. Walking distance from the Pratunam market and there’s about 2 7Eleven’s nearby. One of their front desk staff was always accommodating and helpful, he’d provide us detailed guides whenever we asked for recommendations on transportation and which markets to visit. I forgot his name but he mostly works at night. Kudos to him!

There was a bit of dust under the bed but most hotels do.

We booked 2 rooms as a place to base our family for an afternoon/evening, as we’d caught an overnight train into Bangkok so arrived very early then flew out late at night (2am). This was perfect as it was so near the air link and the sky train. We also used the nice pool and the showers were really good. The staff were very friendly too.

For the price I thought it was very good, it was a but tricky to find and the lobby was a bit bling but the rooms were perfectly nice!

Perfect location. Straight out of the hotel, through a gate, down a path and up to the BTS station to go anywhere we need. Lots of lively nightmares and street food nearby. 7 11 right round the corner. Staff polite and don't pester. We kept to ourselves as it was our first stay in Asia and we were bewildered. The rooftop pool was perfect for a rooftop pool although would benefit from more than just one seat. I'd say its the perfect spot to spend your first night or 2 in Bangkok. Oh and it had a very simple lift system which was really quick to come when going either up or down.

The location is great for getting around, especially to and from the airport. Phaya Thai station is also well connected to easily get around the rest of Bangkok. The hotel is also such a short walk from it using its back alley. We loved the pool in the evenings and seeing the sunset from there was always lovely.

Rooms a tad small, but only if you're a couple with lots of bags, which we were. If I really had to nit pick then I'd say the Rooster outside (not part of the hotel, just somewhere outside someone's house) loved to wake me up early in the morning :D But what can you do! I also read about beds being hard... but come on. This is Thailand. Mattresses in general are hard. It personally didn't bother me and I found the beds quite comfortable. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The hotel can't control what happens outside of its premises.

It is really convenient to arrive at the airport, hop on the BTS, which is directly connected to the terminals, and then get off at Phaya Thai station. From there, it is possible to simply walk (use Google Maps) approx 350M directly to the lobby. Not the easiest walk, but doable. In a city with terrible road traffic, we found this very useful. The hotel staff were great, very organized and helpful. Room clean. Breakfast was just OK. Could use a little more food choices and variety. Enjoyed our stay. Great value.

Great location, close to BTS Skytrain and Airportlink and Pratunam market. The hotel's tuktuk service is excellent, takes you to Pratunam and Skytrain whenever you want to go and you just give them a call when you want to be picked up. Lots of food at Pratunam where you get off the hotel tuktuk. Also convenient with a big 7-eleven near the hotel. The lobby and rooms were very nice - good standard and fresh and clean. Nice and friendly cleaning staff and restaurant staff. The reception was ok.

The bed was very hard, but it was ok. If you are sensitive to noise, it could be disturbing with the railway and Airport link just outside your window. Can be difficult to get hold of a taxi.
