Staff is really friendly and ready to help. Position is very comfortable in relation to the airport, but less to touristic spots, it depends on what someone wants. Extremely clean and spacious room. Super comfortable bed.

No major issue, but little things can be improved for a 4 stars. Air conditioning points directly to the bed and can make sleeping uncomfortable. Little stain on a very nice holiday I asked for cutlery at 11pm... There was no fork or chopsticks available in the entire hotel..? Overall there are some details that need to be improved to be a full 4 stars but it remains enjoyable and with an acceptable price

The room was well-decorated, stylish, and charming. It was comfortable, with a great bed. The location is excellent—close to the airport link and train stations, making it very easy to get around. Has bathtub and shower in the room

The room was very pricey, but there was no breakfast included. There was also no cart available for moving luggage, and no one to assist with carrying it. They don’t have any swimming pools. I stayed at both Thomas and Anajak (the one across the street) with the prices I like Anajak better since they provide breakfast and staff assisted with my luggage

My 3-night stay at Hotel Thomas was very pleasant. A lovely location on a quiet alley, yet close enough to several transit options at Phaya Thai, making it very easy to get to and from the airport and other parts of the city. A comfortable room with a great bathroom; the bathtub definitely a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying too. A lovely boutique property that I would certainly consider staying at again.

The room, while comfortable, lacked any kind of closet space. There were no room slippers provided either. The breakfast spread was decent enough, and I appreciated the egg station, but the absence of any cheese or milk was surprising. Only Coffee Mate sachets were provided!

Absolutely loved the decor, rooms were large and immaculate. Lots of hot water and a lovely bathtub. Phaya Thai train station literally next to the hotel, so really easy to get to/from the airport within 1/2 hr and only 45 THB! Also great access to other trains. Big shopping centre's all within 20 mins walking distance and lots of restaurants, street food, 711, shops and massage services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Very strict with check-in times. Wouldn't let us check in any earlier than 2pm unless we paid 1000 THB. But there's a gorgeous courtyard to relax in.

Road leading to hotel is rough and bumpy. Pulling luggages will be a challenge.

Everything! 1. Staffs are very friendly and helpful 💕 2. Room is very clean (housekeep staff did an exceptional job) and the bed is super comfy! The room is true to pictures! 3. Location is excellent (3 mins walk from Phaya Thai BTS) and airport line. It’s the best location to stay if you want to travel to places like chatuchak, platinum mall, Siam or Asok (Terminal 21). 4. Wifi is super fast and the able to watch Netflix and YouTube on TV 5. Bathtub is a must have 🤭 and it made our trip more relaxing 6. Two bottles of water are provided on daily basis 💯 7. No travel adapter is needed because the socket has 3 pin plus (same as Singapore plug) and they have USB port for charging which is super convenient

The sound proof is not very good. Can hear the noise clearly when people close doors, walking pass etc. but it’s not a big deal (:

Perfect location for a one night stay and rapid exit to the main airport as it’s very close to the end of the line for the shuttle train. That’s why we chose it and it worked very well. 30 mins on the train and only 45 baht each to airport. The rooms are very stylish and the roll top bath was very nice. Breakfast was good and the restaurant nicely laid out. Helpful staff and we were able to leave our suitcases there once we’ve checked out.

No view out (the window had frosted glass) but the design of the bedroom meant it didn’t really matter. Our room was next to the left so we did get a bit of corridor noise at night. There was no clothes storage at all.

it is near to BTS Station and with shops such as 7-11 and nice cafe Factory Coffee nearby! Opposite hotel have a cute railway station with a small scale food courts. Staff is friendly and they clean the room everyday, everything is good and facilities are new and very comfortable.

The facilities is lacking for four star hotel as there is no swimming pool and gym. No cabinets in the rooms as wall The walls are really very thin, you could really hear what's your neighbor is saying if they speak a bit louder

1. Location this hotel is located beside bts phaya thai station which able to reach straight to Suvarnabhumi Airport. easy to commute around as well. Siam station is just 2 station away. 2. Quiet but safe surroundings. 3. Rooms are still new and clean looking, very spacious too 4. housekeeping lady is very polite and kind! 5 has smart TV in the room which able to watch Netflix

first 2 nights suffered in a malfunctioned air conditioned room. the hotel staff sent someone and tried to fix it but unsuccessful. luckily they allowed us to change to another room. Dim room lights. the only window is in the bathroom. there’s no wardrobe to hang clothing so can be quite inconvenient for long stay very limited breakfast choices. only 3 sets of breakfast u can choose from throughout the whole stay. not many taxi drivers knows about the hotel location but not difficult to direct because it’s near to the train station. a distance away from pratunam market/ platinum mall. if by walking may need 20 minutes and not easy to walk due to the hot weather
