The location was great, places to eat nearby, 7/11 across the road. Friendly staff, good pool and easy access to public transport. If you are allocated a room with a connecting door ,ask to be moved.

Fighting females in the next room disturbed many guests between 21.00 and 02.00 am, screaming and crying,and fighting,disgraceful behaviour, they were in room 604 on the 6th floor, although there was a phone in the room there was no information for the reception,so at 2am i had to get dressed and go down to the reception to complain. Of course this was no fault of the hotel, an apology would have helped, if the occupants has been staying the next night I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere.

The location is excellent if you need to take the train to or from the airport. Also to get onto the public transport to commute within the city. They have a little pool enough to refresh yoruself. The building is old, ugly and dirty on the outside. Inside it is outdated but it is ok. It has lift but not ramp at the entrance to facilitate the entrance with heavy big luggage. Not suitable for people on a wheel chair. The beds are comfy but the pillows are extremelly uncomfortable. The pillows are way too high and way to hard! Guarenteed torticollis. The bathroom was clean and simple. The aircon worked really well. The views out of the window are ugly. A hotel just for 1 night if you need to be close to the public transport.

Very close to Phaya Thai station. Has elevators. Although road very noisy, the room and pool were quiet.

The hotel's decor was very basic and a bt grim, but OK. The Florida "cafe" was, however dark, gloomy, closed until 10 a.m. and completely offputting. I did not go in. Luckily i found breakfast in the street. There is no kettle for boiling water in the room. A pity as I drink tea in the other hotel I have been staying in.

Great location for taking BTS & Airport rail. Convenient store and restaurants opposite the road which operate beyond midnight. Swimming pool is 1.3-3M depth and well maintained with two aqua massage outlets.

The room facing BTS is a bit noisy as their windows are not tightly sealed with tiny gaps in between.

Lovely service/front desk/doorman/cleaner/security. Super handy to trains. Pool was deep with small diving board and they let us jump into the pool and make alot of splashing.(fun for the kids & adults)

So close to trains you could hear it(busy area) but worth it because trains were so great to get around. Out dated decor, however so conveniently positioned and decent price it was worth it!!

service tip top. superb location. BTS Phaya Thai is only 10 steps away, staff very very helpful. easy to get tuktuk or taxi. got a very nice massage shop next door.

its an old hotel. The room got a lot of mosquitoes but luckily we have mosquitoes repellent. The bed is very hard but we had a very good night sleep. No kettle but when u ask the staff within 5min they will bring you a whole jug of hot water, no iron which we dont mind because we dont use iron

It was the lowest cost budget room was as expected sparsely outfitted but for a clean place to sleep and have a shower it was completely satisfactory.

The room looked out on the busy intersection near the end of the airport train line. There was traffic noise but surprisingly little in the way of horns to be heard. It was tolerable and for the price one shouldn't really expect better. For those who are noise sensitive, a higher standard of room is definitely recommended.

Nice staff, ok clean. Good for one night.

If you like sleeping on a very hard bed, then this is for you. Both of our backs were killing us after 2 nights here. There is only a sheet on a hard mattress thay looks like from the 80's. The windows and the ventilation system could use a proper cleaning.

location: excilent room: enough for work airport: near the terminal for airport city rail link. Excilent choice for budget traveling. Some single rooms is equiped with clean and enough essential facilities. Excilent choice for alone work traveling. Safe enough for single traveller.

Some rooms do not have beautiful windows view. The lift is tiny, suitable for one traveller with luggage only.

Close to both main airports, good location for where we wanted to be, staff were excellent & the rooms clean, we arrived early but no problems we were allowed into the room as it was availlable.

A little dated but not a major problem
