It's location. Despite being next to the Phaya Thai Station, the room was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. The station is the last stop in the city for the Airport Rail Link. Hence, making it easy to get from the airport to the hotel and back. The station is also linked with BTS, making it convenient to get around the city. The frequency of the train was amazing. I do not have to wait long for the next train. The staff was very very helpful. I asked where I could have dinner and they tried very hard to explain how to get to the nearby building where there is a food court and some restaurant. Unfortunately, I still did not understand. Finally, they gave up explaining and one of the staff took me to that building and even explained the menu offered by the various stalls in the food court! I am truly amazed. It made my stay memorable. Bravos to the staff!!

The breakfast buffet was not as expected. I wish that they could improve on the bread and offer some pastries. However, the soup was nice and so was the fried rice. And also the restaurant was too cold. I wish they could turn up the temperature. I also found that the person in charge was rude. I arrived early and instead of politely asking me to wait outside, he was shouting and said '7 o'clock'. Perhaps this person might not have a good command of English. But then again, if he had wished me 'Good Morning', it would have made my day. His attitude and tone became polite, once the clock hit 7 am. I guess being polite is part of his official duty. (lol)

The bed was a lil springy - so could be better but still decent. Couldn't hear the train sound at all but room is not that sound proof if the corridoor is rowdy.

Very convenient location! Right beside the Airport Rail, don't need to get stuck in traffic. Some variety of Asian food choices which rotates on a daily basis. Some items does not undergo rotation, such as sunny side up eggs, ham and sausages. Staff were friendly and helpful overall. Made a small request which they delivered as well!

Due to good location, the area is pretty busy which leads to congested road at most hours of the day. Also, there is a rail train that passes by on the ground. The train would sound it's horn to warn motorists. Some noise pollution is expected. Do factor in some buffer time if you were to get a taxi or grab.

The location is awesome. Unionmall and Siam Paragon are all accessible via Train. Even Chatuchak is accessible. It's also easy to get a cab around the area. And the best part is it's right beside Let's Relax Spa. You can have a massage after touring all day! They have a promo where you can get 10% off from the spa services. The staff are friendly and always smiling, quite accommodating. Also the breakfast menu has both western and Thai items and the thai dishes are not as spicy as they normally are served outside so I think they catered it for tourists. Oh and I also like that they have 4 pillows. Some hotels skimp on the pillows but not Hotel Tranz. Very good overall.

The hotel is a bit dated. It's clean but not spotless. The shampoo and soap need improvement but that can easily be remedied by bringing your own amenities if you're picky like me.

Stayed at this hotel three times already for the amazing location and good facilities. I especially like how the entrance is right next to the Airport Link and BTS station which makes this a very convenient place to stay for leisure or business. There is also a smart tv in the room which allows me to browse my own entertainment.

Hot water in the bathroom is a bit light, it can be hotter. Some towels have a bit of yellow stains, but this wasn't a big issue.

Spacious rooms and very clean; the breakfast always had a lot of variety! The location was fantastic as it was easy to access both the airport rail and the BTS train. I like that the room was supplied with multiple pillows. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made my stay extra pleasant!

The hallways echoed really loudly whenever someone closed the door, this usually wasn't a problem late at night but it was a little annoying in the evening, especially when combined with the train noise.

Breakfast can have more variety of choices instead of repeated menu almost the same, example, there was only butter and strawberry for bread spread, if more choices like butter or other type of spreads. it will be good to have tom yam soup as an option for tourist to try.

The front desk staff can have more smile on their face, two different situation which occur and both occasions, the same staff fail to show patience and even a smile to resolve the situation. Other staff are friendly and helpful

Convenient location next to Phaya Thai station. Direct train from airport (40 mins) to Phaya Thai station via ARL line at THB 45/pax. Phaya Thai station is very central and can move around BKK easily. Good massage place at Let's Relax just next door. 10% discount if booking made and paid at hotel front desk. Staff is helpful but limited English. Google Translate helps.

Rooms are moderately insulated from traffic noise but very bearable and had no issues with my sleep. Not sure about very light sleepers. Rooms are small with basic amenities and a mini fridge plus 2 bottles of water. Toilet is generally clean except for some stubborn stains on the floor edges/corners. Hotel could do a thorough deep clean up of these stains to give a better impression of overall cleanliness. There are also a few steps up to the entrance of hotel from street level. Heavy bags will be slightly problematic but there is alternative access via walking down to basement carpark to use the lift up to lobby instead.

Front door There are only stairs, no ramps for bags. And staff help me lift the bag only during check-in. When checking out, you have to lift the bag yourself

Location: We like that the hotel is next to the train station. There is 7-11 across the street and we love that there is 'Lets Relax & Spa' just next door; very convenient. Can just book a massage in the night and after that return to hotel to sleep. We were also able to pay for the massage at the hotel with a 10% discount. A very popular 'Factory Coffee' cafe is just behind the hotel which needs to queue about an hour during breakfast time. There is also a 'After You' cafe across the train station. As the hotel is just next to the Phaya Thai, it took us just 33 mins from hotel to Suvarnabhumi which is extremely convenient. Good Security: Every floor requires the room card to access & the main door is locked after 10 pm and can only access via the card too.

Noisy: We have requested for 2 quiet rooms away from facing the train station but only 1 was given. We could hear the train crossing early morning however with the help of ear plug (requested from reception), we were able to sleep better. Secondly the pillows are too soft to support the head/neck. We didn't try the breakfast nor gym hence couldn't comment.
