The location is perfect for Praya Thai BTS or station to take train to border. The rooms were nice and clean. The takeaway snack for our early morning departure with lovely fresh orange juice was a lovely touch.

Only two things let it down. The staff on desk didn’t seem to know about the eastern railway train station at road level and couldn’t help us navigate Praya Thai interchange for our train - would suggest this would be useful for others. On departure the reception staff checked room which delayed check out which with train to catch was annoying and also tried to impose extra charge claiming a dirty towel was stained and could not be washed. Not what you need early morning and in a rush.

Very convenient location even though it was close to the train, we didn’t hear much noise from it or the streets. The breakfast was also very good. I like that they still provide sandwiches (bakery) and orange juice on our last day, since we need to go to the airport earlier than their breakfast time, they still provide us with something to eat, which was really caring. Rooms are spacious enough to open large suitcases. The facilities are clean. Love that we have two pillows each on the bed. The products in the shower smells good and guess it was pretty popular because they also have it for sale if you want to take some as souvenir. We checked in early so we left the luggage with them first and went out, when we came back, they have already brought the luggage upstairs.

Wish we could have gotten two key cards for a room for 2.

The positives of the hotel outweigh the negatives. Being located right next to a train station is incredibly convenient, especially after a long day of exploring Bangkok when you might be tempted to take a Grab, taxi, or tuk-tuk, which can get expensive fast. I also really liked the vibe of the hotel—it felt comfortable. Compared to some reviews, I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating. When we got locked out of the hotel, they handled it quickly and kindly. And for the price, this hotel is an absolute steal.

Our accommodations could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, and it can get quite noisy at night due to a bar located right next to the hotel. However, I didn't find the traffic and train noise mentioned in some reviews to be a significant issue. As someone who grew up in the city, I’m accustomed to that kind of noise; nonetheless, I can see how it might be a problem for light sleepers.

Very convenient as this is located at Phaya Thai station so it was easy to go around and has a direct line to the Airport. The bed was huge it’s occupying the whole room 😂 It has mini fridge, the soundproofing is not bad we can hear some noise from the train and bar outside but it was very minimal. The staff are friendly and nice 👍

The room is quite small so if you have big luggages it might be a bit cramped, the bathroom has some molds in it which I wasn’t expecting :( Also, 1 crawly came out on the bed side but it was a tiny so not much of a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I booked, I asked for a room at the back of the hotel, which is a little quieter than the one at the front facing Sukhumvit. This was granted to me without any problems. Upon request, it was also possible to leave my suitcase in a locked room for 10 hours on the day of departure. The evening before my return journey, it was then given back to me in exchange for the luggage receipt I had previously received. I was then able to spend the waiting time until my onward journey in the hotel's small café. I was also able to repack my suitcase there without any problems.

The location of hotel is perfect in comparison to the airport link as it is right on exit 2 of Phaya Thai station. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and staff is very friendly. Wifi was strong.

The price for a single night is quite steep in terms for what they offer compared to other hotels in it's style and the size of the room was much smaller than I thought. Was also not a huge fan of the beds, but this is personal preference.

The hotel is great for one night stay during the trip from/to the airport. There is a direct link with Airport link. The breakfast was delicious (3 options - Thai/continental/pie). Although we have had a window to the main street the noises were not very loud. Late checkout possible.

The room could be cleaner especially the bathroom. The receptionist knew only very limited English (especially the evening receptionist). For more nights I would consider the bed to be rather small for 2 people (comparison with other experiences in Thailand).

Its a personal priority for me to be near airport rail link and BTS. If same for you it is an excellent location. For traffic dependancy would look at other locations, due to frequent traffic jams in area. Breakfast is always amazing! Room is comfortable, clean and very functional. Always happy!

Clean with a huge bed and it is located along the main road at Phaya Thai station and airport link to Suvarnabhumi airport. U can also take the BTS from Phaya Thai to Mochit and change to bus A1 to Don Mueang Airport. (Which was what I did) Very good connectivity. If u walk to the nearby King Power department store, there are lots of street food. Staff is friendly and the 2 ladies I interacted with speak good English. Breakfast is good.

However despite 2 layers of window protection, u could hear the traffic from the main road and the occasional warning bells for the local train.
