Staff (though limited English) was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. It was situated a convenient walk away from Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai BTS for public transport; and I thoroughly enjoyed the local market situated around the accommodation and there plenty of restaurants around when I didn't want to travel far for food. The 24h breakfast room was clean and generous with noodles, coffee, milk, yogurt and cereal. Place was bright, clean and airconditioned. The top floor balcony with a view of the neighbourhood and the BTS was something out of an artwork. Bathrooms were clean and fully replenished. And the staff service! (They need another recognition) 11/10. I booked a fancy hotel afterwards and it still doesnt compare to Noursabah.

Nothing really. the aircon in room 403 was leaking a little but it wasn't an issue.

Everything! Location .. facilities .. the staff are so friendly and helpful. Plus the hotel always smells nice!! This is my 3rd stay at noursabah. I’d definitely come back for the 4th time!

There was room service everyday if you require, and they replace the toiletries when yours is used up. Room was pretty clean and there were enough mirrors which I liked. Bed was comfy and sheets were warm. They have a pantry/dining area where they provide free water and even food which is nice (although I didn’t use those facilities). The property is near a famous eatery and some other small shops that might be useful to buy stuff from

Aircon takes quite a while to start up but there is a fan you can use in the meantime. It gets quite cold thereafter which is good. The toiletries holder in the shower is a tad small and is crooked so your things may fall off easily. Toothbrush had to be requested for separately and the brush was really tiny (so it’s hard to brush your teeth well). Hairdryer was old and didn’t blow much air. The road outside the property is a little small so if you call a cab you might get stuck in a jam.

The folks that work at the property were very helpful and happy. The space was great for our needs and they freshened our towels everyday.

Mixed messages as far as laundry costs (one receptionist said 50 baht per kilo another said 80 baht. We paid the 80 in the end) the location was difficult for some grab drivers to find.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect for us, near to the public transportation, shopping areas and there was laundromat near the hotel. I like the dining area in which you can prepare some snack and tea for yourself anytime. Hotel also had a weighing scale to check your baggages, very helpful in making sure we were not over the limits.

Great location to public transports , plenty of street foods. Hotel providing free breakfast , hot & cold drink plus snacks all day. The reception staff are very helpful, approachable and well mannered. Room providing all the essentials and value for money. Would definitely recommended and will come back to stay again.

Room could do with extra wall mirror, slightly small for double bed room but the en-suite room is perfect.

Though located on an alley surrounded with lots of street food hawkers, the situation is quiet and peaceful. Very easy to find halal food, pratunam market, big C and other prestigious malls are just about 15 mins. walk away. Staff are nice and helpful, especially el and fitri. The room is clean and smell pleasantly completed with toiletteries and hair dryer. They even provide an iron with ironing table on each floor that can be used by all guests and change the towels every dat. For a small hotel it is very surprising that it has complete facilities like a starred hotel.

The room is a bit small, but is very clean and worth the money you pay. Keep up the good work!

I love everything about this place! I’ve stayed here a few times before and the standard always remains excellent. Excellent facilities and the property is well maintained. Extremely comfortable bed, room beautifully decorated and high standard of hygiene maintained throughout the property. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff, who also recognized me from previous visits.

I loved everything about the property.

Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning and basic amenities. Relatively close to the Paya Thai station (a 5+ minute walk down a narrow alley). Quiet and away from noisy roads although a little walk away from public transport. Friendly staff and a shoes off policy in the hotel (guest shoes are kept in a locker in the lobby and slippers provided for inside the hotel).

The only minor improvement may have been turning on the air conditioning prior to our arrival (the room was very hot and the hotel was aware of our arrival time). Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Note that the bathroom is not sealed and air-conditioned (which was not a problem for us).

When u enter the place ,smells so relax interiors look beautiful and clean. Room received on time,smells good to feel like in a spa,clean toilet but is better if there’s 2-3 hooks to hang things. Bed is comfortable bed is also clean and feel relax when lay down,about the room is clean too,but to stay with family need a small cabinet or at least more of hooks to hang For the basin section is where the pantry is also located.Pantry area needed more shelving because too little place to put things on it. Basin need to clean more better because there’s some algae is kinda unpleasant to look at it. overall nothings negative about the room because it is always clean and feel relax after a long day outside. The staff is so welcoming,always smiling and kind too. Would stay here again when back to bangkok
