-Staff is super courteous -Location is good, close to one BTS, bus stations, taxis and others -Different breakfast options everyday -Nice room space -Water and room service everyday -Taxi service from airport to hotel

-While road construction is nobody's fault, hotel should've taken actions to reduce the noise that goes almost 24hrs. Apparently this construction has been happening for the past year or more Better windows or isolated ones. The window had a gap that allowed mosquitoes and noise -No coin laundry room -Improve the lobby appearance, it looks like a bazaar with items for sale -No tours info or activities -During earthquake situation there was no safety warden person appointed.

Location is few minutes walk from Ratchathewi BTS station. The room is spacious and cold enough for the 2 of us. The room is being clean everyday, new towels are provided everyday and toiletries are being replenished as well. 2 bottles of water and new coffee/tea sets are also provided everyday. The shower has heater. Breakfast was limited but it was fine for our 3 days stay. Free luggage storage was also provided which is very helpful for us. With Free Wi-Fi . Outside the property has restaurants, milk tea/juice shop, 7-eleven and many massage parlors. Overall this room is very good especially for its price. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

There are few ants in the room specifically walking in the table and bed. The traffic noise can be heard from the room since the hotel is nearby major road but if you’re not too sensitive with the noise, the room is fine. The TV has no international or English- speaking channels.

The free breakfast was very nice, especially when compared to most properties that offer the same perk. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My only missed wish is that I could have gotten someone there to return my emails and Lime calls about my cellphone that I left there in my room. The front desk was kind enough to let me know about my mistake, but it is an item that I want to have picked up by a courier and shipped to me in the Philippines. I was requesting if them which courier that they might prefer for me to hire, but no response. Otherwise, fantastic hotel for sure..

This is the nth time that I've stayed at this property over 14 years.I'm not really sure of the number so let's see if some mathematical symbols come through.... {n ∈ ℤ | 20 ≤ n ≤ 30}. The first time with an an old CRT television and physical keys.. now of course it is flatscreens and key cards. They have done a great job at modernizing the facility. The location is great and the one or two times that we didn't stay here, we regretted. We will continue to stay at this hotel. The staff are great and the place is kept clean. We like the food that is served in the restaurant which is cheap and if you are trying to be even cheaper the 7/11 down the street and the street food options are just nearby. We can walk to MBK (20 minutes) and Siam if necessary and the BTS is just about 7 minutes away.

The only thing that wasn't quite up to standard this time was the bathroom. They did some renovations a couple of years ago to the bathrooms making them a bit nicer but the door and the locks still need some work....just stick a regular wood door and things would be easier and better.... I used 3 different rooms this trip over two stays and in each room, the door lock mechanism in the bathroom was busted so you just push the door closed and hope nobody pushed their way in. I wish they would put out a couple of cereal options for breakfast... that is normally what I eat in the morning and it really wouldn't cost that much... could even just keep a few of the mini-boxes around.

The hotel was near to BTS Ratchatewi station. It took only 5-10mins walk. The hotel was near to halal restaurant&mosque! 7Eleven and thai massage just few steps away from hotel. Near to pratunam & platinum mall too.Thanks for allowing us to store our luggage for few hours after we check out! We can enjoy peacefully our lunch without bringing lugggage before heading back to airports!

Appreciate if the hotel can provide extra access card without extra charge

The rooms are quiet big and clean. Towels and pillow cover changed everyday. They clean room and changed towels and linens even we didn't request. Buffet breakfast food has few selections but the food is good👍🏻

The facade outside is old. Breakfast opens little later than the scheduled time just like 5 or 10mins later. Would be better if it opens on time or a bit earlier especially when guest booked tour for the day.

IImpossible to find anything I didn't like.

It's easy to access to many places,it located just near to the town...just take the tuk-tuk or others transportation to the places do you want to go..

The city is quite jam everywhere😂 and one of female customer services are not realy friendly with customers.. I think that can be improved and always smile to customers.. so that customers will feel more comfortable staying at your hotel

It was only a 5-min walk from Ratchathewi BTS and 10-min walk from Phaya Thai Airport Link train stations. There were many nearby restaurants and food stalls and I felt safe walking at night. Our rooms were always clean when we get back and the coffee, tea and water bottles were always replenished.

The smell coming out of the toilet. My room was beside a clothing factory and I kept the drapes closed because people working would see my room.

The room was neat. Booked standard room small but clean. Toilet very clean. Suitable for couple. The location strategic easy for grab/bolt. Tuktuk just around the corner and walking distance to 7E and money changer +atm! Very very convenient. We planned to stay here if we ever come to Bangkok again.
