The hotel is only 5 min walking to BTS Ratchathewi station. There are a lot Halal Muslim food across the road which is near Masjid Darul Aman. Just that you have cross the road which can be quite dangerous. Otherwise there is a lot of 7E along the street. The hotel provide free breakfast and all are halal. 24 hour coffee machine service and welcoming cold water drink. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Everything from the location, to the coffee machine in the lobby, the comfortable room and the facilities. It’s just 5mins walk to Ratchathewi BTS station. 7/Elevan is just next door. You can get halal food right across the street but it requires a bit of walking since you cannot directly cross in front of the hotel. But non-halal food is available just outside the entrance. The room is big enough for 3 people and we can open our luggage bags on the floors. Aircond, tv, toilet all good!

1. Floor in the room can be cleaner, it’s a bit sticky somehow. 2. Staffs were helpful but could be a bit more welcoming. 3. Only 2 elevators so be prepared to wait to go down

We liked where the property's located as it is easy to access taxi and a walking distance away from BTS station. The room is quiet. Breakfast is okay. We were able to safely leave our luggages at their luggage counter.

They have a few electrical outlets in the room. Like they only have 3 spots which is not enough to accommodate with all our gadgets.

Super clean and great location, next to a lot of spas, 7-11, the BTS train station, lots of eateries and halal restaurants across the road. The buffet breakfast is great, and the staff informed me the meat is halal. The hot Thai tea is delicious. Can easily take the BTS to Siam shopping district, Centralworld, and Pratunam area or walk if you are fit and up to it. Staff were really helpful. My first room smelled a bit like smoke, so they gave me another room.

Nothing much really but the lifts can get busy at breakfast time. Also there were only 2 plugs in the room.

Stayed in double king bed and room was very big and tidy. Washroom was bit on the old side but sufficient and had hot-water and other amenities. Hotel is located close to MRT and walking distance to Pratunam market. Ther are many eateries, 7/11 and Spas near by.centralworld MBK could be reached easily via MRT. Breakfast is good and has variety but more or less the same menu for most of the days but tasty. Opt for an upper floor room but still you could hear the noise from the vehicles but not a major hindrance. If required taxi is available right in front of the hotel and they also provide private tour services to Grandpalace, floating mkt, dreamworld etc at very reasonable price compared to what the travel desk offers inside the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel but decent one for traveling with excellent value for money. If you are traveling from swarnabumi airport, it take approx 1 hour via Taxi at a cost of 600-800 bath and return is approximately 600bath.

Washroom shower area doesn’t have a curtain hence after a shower entire washroom gets wet.

It is very well positioned near the city centre and side roads with plenty of street food in the evening. Free breakfast and great services.

The window was not soundproof, and the road underneath can be quite loud. But it gets better in late night.

My wife and I loved the hospitality of everyone at this hotel, everyone from the doormen through to the cleaners, front of house were exceptional and made our stay extremely comfortable, nothing was a problem. The location is great with loads of street food options available only meters away from the hotel whilst the breakfast selection within the hotel was amazing, fantastic value for money. If your wondering about public transport, it's at your fingertips. The buses are located outside the front door as are Tuk Tuk's, taxi's and the BTS is only a short 5 minute walk down the road, perfect. My wife, son and I stayed for almost a week and we highly recommend Bangkok City Hotel.

We love Bangkok City Hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel and we love its location, central to everything. The BTS is a casual 10 minute walk down the road, the buses are located on the hotels front door and all your other transportation finds you easily. All the staff at Bangkok City Hotel are extremely friendly and will always welcome you with a smile. The breakfast an extensive assortment of Thai dishes to choose from as well as your typical American style breakfast like cereals, toast and they even have pancakes, waffles, and an assortment of small muffins and danishes. One of the best things about this hotels location is your ability to walk to some of the best malls you could ask for from MBK, Siam Paragon, and so many more, you will be spoilt for choice.

There is nothing we didn't like about the hotel itself.

Breakfast was good. MOST ESPECIALLY WANT TO COMMEND ON STAFF KONG. He was always on his feet. Attentive to his job. I could tell when he was not on duty because the tables were not as kept and chairs weren’t straightened when he was off duty. The welcome drinks were always filled with ice whenever was around. Please take time to recognize the great staff Kong.

Construction work on going but nothing that can be helped.

Breakfast is good. location is very good, only 3/4 min walk to Ratcatewi BTS, 6 min walk to paiya thai Airport link MRT.
