counter staff attitude while checking in was like i was her enemy for some reason known to her only. totally negative. And as was said in many reviews by previous guests. anything except a scornful expression would have been okay.

I like the location, very near to the bus stop, thats how we commute everyday, the hotel it self is very good, comfy bed compared to other hotel ive stayed before, the room is very spacious, and a mini refrigerator.. i love them..

It would very nice if there is extra pillow.. im willing to pay more for extra pillow but they dont allow that.. too bad..

The location is very nice and very convenience to go everywhere of Bangkok city. The room is wide and king size bed is very comfortable to rest.

The view is not too good and a bit noisy because the apartment is not too high and locate at crowded area of city. The room service need to request.

Room so huge, located strategic for shopping and so many Muslims restaurant and we do not have to worry about food. Downstairs there is a 7 eleven and cage amazon. I love this hotel. So value for money
