-The location is just 5-8min walk from BTS Ratchathewi. -everything is new since this is new operated hotel. - the mosque and halal food by the opposite side of the hotel.just cross the road at the main junction and walk around it. -the staff is very friendly and helpful -i did chat about the iron before and they replied that have the iron but need to request from the staff. -The plug are already there on the wall.no need travel adapter

Since the location is by the main road,you will expect the noise especially at night.my room is at level 6 and facing the road so just bear with it 😅

Good value for money - new hotel nicely furnished with comfortable bed, good shower and coffee machine, which is a bonus for a hotel at this rate in the middle of Bangkok. Smells of fresh paint or furniture, that's how new it is but didn't bother me. Great location and near local eateries and coffee shops. Very close to BTS.

I think because it's quite new, things are a bit unorganized with staff and room in terms of communications. Overall, it is still a good value and will stay here again.

Location was excellent, very close to a BTS station and 7/11. It also felt safe to stay there as a solo woman traveller due to 24 hour reception and cameras on every level. The staff were generally friendly, especially the ladies serving during breakfast time! The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for value for money.

Shower pressure could be a bit stronger. Also, the receptionist with glasses who attended to me when I checked in was not very welcoming. When I entered the hotel, I said hello but he stared at me without returning my greeting before continuing what he was doing, which was odd. I had to continue the conversation by saying I wanted to check in. Granted, he was busy doing something, but I do believe that the bare minimum is to respond to a guest’s greeting and politely tell them to wait for a moment- especially since I was the only guest waiting at that point in time. The rest of the receptionists were pleasant though :)

My stay of 10 days and 9 nights in this hotel was very enjoyable. The front desk staff of the hotel were very friendly and they always greet their guest with a smile. The room was very clean as the housekeeping staff did a very good job in the cleaning of the room daily. The wifi speed was acceptable as I am able to use my laptop without much delay loading websites. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to a few eateries and 7-11, it was also just a few minutes walk to the nearest BTS station Ratchathewi.

The staff was so nice! Out of over ten hotels in the past 6 weeks that was one of the best staff experiences. The breakfast choice was relatively small-ish but very good in my opinion. The room was nice, new and comfortable. They also had a bar downstairs with happy hour so we could take a moment and drink some wine and just people watch and be in the madness of Bangkok.

The biggest downside was the noise in the room. The windows had a strange mechanism which didn't allow the window to close. So all the street noise came in. We stayed only for 1 night and we're super tired and woke up before 6 to catch a flight but I couldn't imagine wanting to stay for a longer time. I couldn't be in this noise all the time. That's super unfortunate, other than this I really liked the hotel. One more thing actually - the floor towel in the bathroom was covered in stains. Not the best look to be honest. If those 2 problems were solved I would've easily given 10/10.

The hotel was exactly what I needed: excellent location, close to the skytrain, walking distance to Pratunam and to Siam as well. 7-11 around the corner, local restaurants in the same street. Wonderful helpful staff, huge comfy bed with great pillows, big bathroom and delicious breakfast with all kinds of food, hot and cold. Loved it!

- super close to Ratchathewi BTS stations -1min walk - this hotel is newly opened. Very clean with modern design - helpful and supportive staff at the place and online service - there were both Asian and western various options for breakfast

- breakfast is not so tasty regarding to Thai food (just my personal feeling compared to others) - my twin room is quite small with 2 luggage - there are only 4 hangers in the room. I was expecting 6-8 hangers

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location near BTS. Friendly & helpful staff and good daily breakfast. They even provide 4 bottles of water daily and rooms were spacious.

Construction outside the hotel

It was a super new property! So everything was brand new and clean. It was in a good part of town, Siam district was accessible by a 10 to 20 minute walk. We pretty much walked everywhere and enjoyed the drinking places at ChillHouse (walking distance too!) The food surrounding the area is great too. We enjoyed the Pe Aor Tom Yum which was only a couple minutes walk away. Reception is quick and responsive. They can help arrange a taxi to the airport.

No gym at the hotel. Would be great if the hotel has some partnership with nearby gyms.

The hotel was clean with a nice breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for touring as it is very close to the Skytrain, just a short walk. Skytrain for us was perfect for getting around.

The rooms were great with good facilities, but why no towel rails in the bathroom to hang wet towels?
