The location was impeccable. A stone thrown away from the Phaya Thai Station, which was a direct train ride from the airport. It was also relatively near to all major shopping malls like Siam Paragon and Central World. There were also several 7-11s, all a stone throw away. With the nearest just being a 2 mins walk away. The room was comfortable, as expected from the Quarter. This is the 3rd or 4th Quarter by UHG I've stayed at and hasn't been disappointed each time. Do be prepared though, as this hotel uses yellow lights, the rooms do appear to be a dark. The toilet was large enough, and water pressure was constantly good. The staff were friendly and eager to assist and could speak relatively good English. The rooftop pool was a pretty place to relax and just enjoy a leisure swim whilst looking at the Bangkok landscape.

A very minor issue is probably the signage to the hotel, as many grab drivers had issues finding the place without additional instructions, as the map on the app, stops along the main road and not in the smaller lane where the hotel was at. Though of no fault of the hotel, I had encountered a weird incident on the first night of my stay. Someone was trying to open my door and actually knocked on it but stopped when they heard my voice. It did set a bit of a fearful mood for me, as I was alone in the room. All in all, it was a single incident, so I did not make any fuss about it.

The location is excellent if you need to stay somewhere close to the airport rail link. Its just one stop away from Phaya Thai station where you can catch the airport railway. The staff were friendly and the room was very stylish and comfortable. The rooftop pool is lovely. I liked that there was a larger fridge than what most hotel rooms have.

There wasn't much space to unpack so I would only recommend the hotel for short stays.

The hotel is perfect! We loved everything. The design, the reception, the specialty coffee Lupin coffee downstairs, the breakfast were perfect. Small but a lot of options, fresh and tasty. Also the rooms were perfect. Bed were comfortable, the staff was amazing. They also prepared huge take away breakfast, when I asked, because we were leaving very soon to the airport at 5:00am and the breakfast were included, so they prepared In advance. Because the breakfast started from 6;30-11:00. Perfect 🙌🏻really . The location was amazing for us. We prefer to travel by grab bike, so from this hotel you are close to many parts of the city center you can find also a pool upstairs and a small gym.

Excellent property, rooms perfectly clean, new and modern look and feel. Breakfast was exceptional with a massive selection of Thai and Western. Lovely staff from reception, cleaners, pool attendant, waiting staff, everyone. Location is just one stop from Siam on the BTS, which is just a 3 minute walk. We walked to MBK, very easy, interesting route, took 10 minutes. There are 3 7-11’s within seconds from hotel. Hotel is down a lovely, clean side road. A variety of restaurants and a few stylish bars nearby. Massage shops, rotti guy. Good Thai atmosphere. The restaurant next door, where everyone sits outside was my best food of the trip. Proper Thai feasts every night. Everything right on our doorstep but felt quiet. Pool at night was stunning, great for sun bathing in the day. Even the guests were all good. We have absolutely zero complaints. It’s not luxury but the price is amazing and it’s modern and new and we decided to stay an extra 3 nights, because on the very first night, when we arrived at 3am, we knew instantly, it was a great hotel and one of our best ever locations in Bangkok.

We liked everything.

The hotel had everything we needed. A free parking, onsite cafe and restaurant, a roof top pool and a gym. The room was of a good size with its own balcony but the view was quite ugly! The tv had Netflix even it was in Thai I managed to figure it out! The room had tea and coffee and a kettle and a fridge. My issue was that every time we came back in the room it had a smell of mould coming from the AC. The shower was going from normal hot to excruciating hot by itself and when it rained, the tiles at the entrance of the hotel became slippery and I nearly fell. The staff was super nice and the breakfast of a good variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful new, modern hotel. Conveniently located near Ratchathewi BTS but tucked away in a quiet area off Phetchaburi Road, it offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The room was spacious enough, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious and diverse spread catering to both Western and Asian tastes. A special shoutout to Julie and GG, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

everything was as expected. breakfast was great, nothing was missing. I also liked the coffee. the staff was very nice and polite, helpful. the cleaning staff was smiling. the location is very good.

I give one point for the very slippery tile in the pool. when entering the pool, I slipped on the first step, luckily I didn't fall, but I stretched my muscles a little. it's nothing. just maybe well-intentioned advice for the hotel, either install a handrail or consider changing the cladding. the tiling is now very nice and the pool area is very nice, the water is clean. unfortunately, the floor is dangerous, you have to be careful.

It's a beautiful place to be. Even though we only stayed for one night before the flight the next day, we really liked it. The location is also perfect - only 10 minute walk or one train stop away is the main train line to the airport. The room was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was a buffet style with one of the best options we've found in Thailand. The pool area seemed nice as well, but we only check it out briefly when it was already dark. Overall, would stay there again for sure.

They ask for a 1000 BTH security deposit in cash when checking in, but I feel like, when I go straight to the airport after checking out, I'd have nothing to do with the cash but to exchange it back at a bad rate. Fortunately they were willing to figure out another solution.

We liked the size of our room and the comfortable bed as well as the swimming pool accessibility 6am to 10pm. Breakfast was also nice with both Western and Asian style food. What we appreciated the most was the 4am early check in. We are really thankful to the hotel for this. The hotel is in a very busy area of the city with lots of restaurants, 7 Eleven, massage places etc. Also public transportation is handy with the airport railway within 10min walk.

The room was a little smelly. Since the sink was not separate from the sleeping area I guess this smell was coming from the pipes/sewage system as it was also present in the shower/wc. However this is often a common problem in hotels/accommodations throughout South East Asia
