Very well positioned along the Skytrain network. The 2-bedroom unit was clean and the bedlinen and towels were fresh and I believe, fairly new. I surmise that this is a fairly new hotel premises. ❤

Would have been nice have an elevator even for a 3-storey building. Can be a challenge for the not-so-young to navigate the flights of steps to the 3rd level. One of the bedrooms does not have any windows to allow natural light in. Hard to detect when morning has broken. 🤔

Lovely modern decor. We loved the decoration around the hotel with model cars, mini motorbikes and the nutcrackers. The pool was small but lovely. The spa was very nice, I enjoyed a lovely oil massage. All staff were super friendly and helpful

Lots of the lightbulbs didn’t work in our room so it wasn’t as light as we would have liked at times. We didn’t have a city view as advertised on the website but this didn’t bother us much as we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room

One thing which surprised us was missing window in the room… There was no information in room description when we booked it. I think it is something that need to be mentioned before booking. - Small pool located on entrance to hotel

There are no windows in the room, swimming pool in abit of a weird place at the front of hotel basically in the car park.

Very clean, great showers, rooms cleaned daily, very nice towels and spa services were lovely.

Very nice and helpful staff and the hotel is still a good choice in Bangkok. The location close to BTS station Ratchathewi and 7-11 definitely are pros as well. The suites offer a good value for the price and enough space. Cleanliness and fresh water are nice.

It's been 12 years since our first stay and unfortunately, the quality has decreased since then. Some things have been refurbished in the meantime, but it definitely needs a makeover in a couple of areas. The breakfast and drink choices at the bar are very limited. The pool is not in the best condition and the air conditioning is very loud.

Very nice stay, staff were super helpful and friendly the room had nice decor, room and the public areas of the hotel were very clean too. Overall fantastic stay, the pool looked great and well maintained but we didn't use it during our stay, unfortunately.

The pillows were very firm and too tall, started to get some neck pain, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great, the light was directly above the mirror but in a recess in the wall made it difficult to see yourself, wifi was ok but sometimrs patchy.

I like the property's location. Walking distance from the BTS station and it's near restos and cafes. It's also just a few stations away from Siam Center.

This is nitpicking but there are no windows inside our hotel room which can make it stuffy. Also, no slippers.

The breakfast should be different everyday, the hotel should offer variety of breakfast to choose from. The location is just good in terms of its distance from BTS station. The room was well maintained, except when the AC in our room was broken that we had to transfer to another room.

The use of multiple devices for WIFI should not be limited and although it's just a 2-story hotel, they should at least have elevator to use especially for clients occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor.
