Service is amazing staff is kind and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, very good view of Bangkok. Very easy access from BTS and tuk tuk service to main malls is a great add on. Room was prepared for my child with his own toiletries.

My booking said breakfast included and when I came they wanted to charge me for my child. After quite a dispute about this they decided to give it complementary because I have been in the hotel many times. It was still not in their policy that the child breakfast is not included.

Location is great, Ratchathewi BTS is 2 mins away by walking. (but be aware of the stairs) Reception staffs are friendly and efficient. The hotel building has cool design and unique structure. The most amazing part is the room, great lights and window view (can see the BTS green line pass by and SIAM department stores area) We booked a twin room, it's huge and high ceiling. comfortable bed and pillow, the bathroom is big with bathtub and shower and toilet (all separated) toiletries are nice and good quality. There sauna and steam room located inside the gym floor, so dose sky pool. There's a mini bar located in the first floor, and lovely restaurant next to the hotel building. The other best sparking I love is '' Breakfast '' on high floor and super nice manager with a very friendly smile (always on his face :) , nice staffs in the restaurant area, love them. The selection of food and drinks are awesome (see pics attached) Please remember to try at one day when you stay here.

VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery Booking.com app internal messages was ''hacks'' by some scammer. The messages requested me to change a credit card, otherwise ''hotel''will cancel my booking. which is very creepy!!! I immediately confirm with Hotel, and address this issue with hotel Wishing everybody, who ever is using booking. com. THINK before you act, CHECK/CONFIRM before any action. Hope hotel can report this kind of case to booking.com system. Thank you

Absolutely in love with VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection. The service was excellent, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the facilities were immaculate, including a sauna, a beautiful pool, and a fully equipped gym with fitness classes. Not forgetting the amazing breakfast/lunch or dinners options. Conveniently located near the Ratchathewi BTS stop, the hotel also offers daily tuk-tuk rides to major shopping areas, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. A truly luxurious and refreshing stay in the heart of Bangkok!

Good location. The bed is good. The rooms are spacious

The pillows are lousy. They have those big square pillows the are not nice to sleep. The water in the shower goes from barely warm to scalding in the turn of a milimeter. The slipper they give are flimsy. Hotel could do better for what you pay for. There is no bath soap for the bath. The breakfast buffet looks nice but is not great. The egg benedict were not nice. If you want to make fresh juice try to make it nice. In the 5 days we were there, there not one day where the juice was nice. When we booked the hotel months ago, there was supposed to be a free buggy provided by the hotel. When we were there, they said the changed that and we were told that this is only on weekend. It is unclear why you only provide the service on weekend. But we did not appreciate learning that.

Superb location and amenities. Comfy beds, huge bathroom and a decent size room. Excellent choices inhouse for dining especially the breakfast, and close to many other great restaurants and bars. BRT station is an easy walk and hotel staff were super helpful and friendly.

Some wooden floor areas in the room are noisy and need attention. Glass doors in the bathroom were heavy and difficult to open. It was annoying to be woken during the night by the bright flashing lights on the ceiling mounted router.

Central location near the main shopping centres with fantastic facilities and services. The staff was attentive and available for any inquiry. The room was very spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen in my travels, so rich and well displayed. I loved my stay and will return again in the future. Highly recommend it!

Not something I disliked, but more of a suggestion. The hotel offers a free tuk tuk service, but it only runs four times per day, so it often gets fully booked by guests. I would suggest, if the hotel wants to continue offering this service, to provide more runs and available times.

My second time staying here. The breakfast is the best I had, with a different menu everyday. The range for the mini international buffet may not be huge but importantly, each is done with finesse. Even a simple stir fried kale has lots of other ingredients and garnishes. Egg station also serves perfect egg benedicts with ham or salmon over crostinis, drizzled with hollandaise sauce and chives. The porridges and made-to-order hot soupy noodles are must haves to warm up my stomach. The luxurious bathroom with a tub is almost as big as the room. Perfect for soaking after a long day of shopping. The king size bed is huge and comfy too.

For the room, an area for improvement is the light switch controls and power points which are not all designed by the bed. I had to switch off the main lights at the entrance at night. Some on-offs are not logical. I had to remove a bedside lamp plug in order to use my adaptor for charging. The only powerpoint is at the table console. Nowadays, many high end hotels would come with ample charging ports, mostly bedsides, considering that travellers have 2 to 3 gadgets each. The pillows are big and exceptionally soft, great for hugging but not ideal for sleeping. Would have preferred a much firmer neck pillow.

Hotel looks amazing, contemporary and with love to details. Breakfast is excellent with Western and Asian cuisine! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Club lounge Bar at groundfloor with its snacks and drinks included in the Executive room is a highlight aswell. The live music ( pianist ) was great but a little too loud. It is situated near walking distance to many malls. Thai massages to be found many and very nearby too. Thank you everyone! This was truly excellent! Hope to be back soon! Mr Bentz and Jenny were very friendly!

Some staff took the dishes before I was finished eating or drinking. At breakfast, the staff reminds you 10min prior to the closing of kitchen. But It gets annoying when two different staff comes after few minutes gap to remind you of the same.
