We are guests since many years already and love the place a lot. The lush garden with the beautiful pool, amazing beds and bathrooms. The location is perfect if you want to go shopping and the skytrain leads you very quickly to next places to discover.

It was Songkran week and they we´re playing the same song all day long everywhere in the Hotel. In the hallway, at the pool, in the lobby, the restaurant... It was very annoying and not understandeable for a boutique hotel that is very serious about every detail. Even after my complaint they did not change it.

This was my return visit to the Hua Chang Heritage Hotel, and once again, I chose it for its fantastic location. It’s perfectly situated for anyone looking to explore the nearby shopping centers – everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for a shopping spree or just enjoying the vibrant area. The breakfasts remain a highlight! The variety and quality are excellent, with options to satisfy every taste – definitely a great way to start the day.

However, there are some negatives. With each passing year, it’s becoming more apparent that the hotel is starting to show its age. From the interiors to some of the furnishings, you can feel the charm of its original design, but also the wear and tear that comes with time. A fresh coat of paint and some updates to the décor would go a long way in restoring the hotel to its former glory. Another disappointment was that despite booking nearly 8 months in advance and specifically requesting a king bed, I was assigned a room with twin beds instead. This felt quite odd and left me questioning the management’s attention to such basic guest requests.

Location is fantastic! Walking distance to MBK & Siam Paragon

Better breakfast spread would have made it excellent!

The hotel looks very nice and the staff are friendly and attentive. Great location, a few minutes walk from the Skytrain and the mall MBK, for those who are interested. Tasty and great breakfast selection.

Someone complained about the lack of Smart TV. There is a TV but probably not smart enough. Well, we were in Bangkok to see Bangkok, not to watch TV. So we didn't even notice this deficiency. So, no negative notice.

Overall, it’s still a great place to stay if you value location and good service, but I hope the management takes the opportunity to refresh the property soon. I’ll consider staying again, but I’d love to see the hotel rejuvenated for future visits!

Great Hotel with amazing interior Design and very friendly and welcoming staff. // Location is very close to huge shopping Centers. // loved the pool … its an oasis to relax from the lively city // great hotel very luxury appearing // breakfast was amzing and very tasty with a huge variety of food offered

Traffic was a bit loud but thats probably all over bangkok-earplugs help :) // on checkout there was a Little miscommunication on the amount of the extra bed charge that was suddendly Double the Price as agreed earlier.
